Just had one apart replacing thermocouple ( not the first one to go ) , cant believe how cheaply these are built.
Would not buy one again.

Machine broke within 2 weeks of purchase. Nordemends warranty crowd are useless, took 19 days for them to call me to schedule an appointment to come out and fix it.

Just broken after 2 years. Generally loud, noisy and clunky on spin. Installed in a new build property. Started leaking recently from underneath the machine. It walked out into kitchen today. No leak. But one of the corner feet and a rubber clad bolt located by the now lop-sided machine were on the floor. Integrated machine, so will now cost more than normal to replace. I don't recommend Nordmende. Also, if you're buying a new build and kitchen or utility goods are Nordmende then consider, if possible, changing those before buying or use the quality issue if possible to negotiate price. My kitchen has Nordmende cooker that is rarely used but has been fine. The fridge has constant problems.

I had a problem with a NordMende gas cooker being damaged on delivery from a nationwide electrical company.It promised to replace it ,but a few emails,one phone call and 7 weeks later ,no replacement.
So last Sunday 20/07/25 evening,I decided to message NordMende on their fb page even though it was no fault of theirs.
I recieved a reply from Joan on the Sunday evening which I did not expect on a Sunday ! She replied and basically said leave it with her and expect a call from Amanda.
The call I got from Amanda was telling me that my replacement cooker was on its way and sent details of time of delivery etc.
Cooker arrived this morning, so delighted. So grateful to Joan and Amanda of Nordmende for sorting this issue so efficiently.I will be using the NordMende brand in the future.

Will never buy a nordmende product again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to buy one either , got their dryer in power city biggest piece of crap I have ever bought , so sorry I did not do more research and check out trustpilot before I bought it .

Please don’t buy this brand gas hobs all are not safe leaking gas is possible like my 6 month old and they never cared about no refund on exchange for any proves I’ll provide

Bought a red fridge freezer approximately 4 years ago. Absolute rubbish. Door seal went first. Informed i cannot buy the seal without buying a full door. I bought a cheap child lock to keep the door closed. A few weeks later the door literally fell off. The fridge is made of cheap materials. So nothing I could do but buy a new fridge, needless to say not nordmende

Best service. Im sow surprised .the engineer Ronnie came next day after call.High recommended products from Normemede.

Cooker died after 5 years and repairs to the thermocoupler lasted for 9 months. The company claims that all parts are only guaranteed 3 months. They are really appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> The reviews are not balanced they are virtually all negative which should tell you all you need to know.

Normende Oven came with new kitchen through Cash and Carry Kitchens. Oven died after 4 years. Seems like a short life span for an oven. I wouldn't buy with them again.

Never been able to bake a decent cake in this oven, my previous cakes in another well known cooker were perfect, just waiting for enough money to get something better

The worst washing machine ever... It's actually for 3.5 kg, and if you put more clothes the belt is goes off and no spinning anymore, so If I want to use I need all the time somebody to put back the belt, it's a nightmare. And is really expensive for this problem, i used to have a whirlpool wash machine before I used for 10 years and never this problem. New even if I put less it goes down the belt.... Don't buy this washing machine... It's a nightmare

I bought a Nordmende oven that had badly placed wires inside, which caused damage. They refused to repair it under warranty, claiming it was the installer's fault. I do not recommend buying it

Is it possible to give this washing machine a lower star rating viz NIL STARS?
It is a crap machine. Causes me nothing but trouble. Too little clothes it won't spin; too much clothes it won't spin!!! The manufacturer has decided how much or how little clothes to put in the machine.
Never, ever buy this product. It will cause you nothing but 😡

I have a problem with a Nordmende Dishwasher which was supplied by Cash and Carry Kitchens. It was fitted in March 2024
The Nordmende Dishwasher stopped working on 7 July 2024 - no light or wouldn't turn on . I logged a call with Nordmende Ireland and the Service Engineer called on the 15/7/2024. He did not fix it! He said the problem was in the circuit board of the Dishwasher. He said he would report back and the part would be replaced or a new replacement Dishwasher given to me. I have heard nothing since.
On the 26/7/2024 I got this email below aying the service call is completed and closed out.:
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL ====Kindly note that your service call 241275 is now complete and closed out by engineer for your client... This was for DF63 NordMende B/I 60cm Dishwasher.This was completed on 26/07/2024 Assuring you of our best attention at all times. Kind regards. KAL Aftersales Department

Presently the Nordmende Dishwasher does not work and I have no idea or contact from Nordmende when it will be replaced or fixed. That is a ridiculous service approach for an item that is under warranty and not even 6 months old.
A really poor product and service.

Bought a dishwasher dfsn66 model. From the beginning the touch pad has been problematic. I got a service guy out and he fixed however the touch panel is slow and tedious to get to the right program. It has no memory so i have to scroll through all of the programs to get to the one i require and every two to theee gos i have to switch off and on again as it wont power up. Really poor brand.

On my 3rd element in 3 years, the first one was replaced ny Nordmende as i was still in warranty, the 2nd one i had to replace myself and pay someone to put it in. Now its gone again. I have emailed Nordmende as they need to look at the product, there may be a fault with the cookers that the elemets burn out in such a short time, if so the products may be faulty and need to be inspected or recalled.

Bought a kitchen and within 3 months the hob stopped working so I rang only to be put on hold each time and never answered emailed them and got a reply saying they would ring me surprise surprise they never did now I got to go and buy another hob so unfair from a big company

I bought a new kitchen in 2020 including all appliances which were all Nordmende (unfortunately). The microwave had to be replaced within the first year, we have had to get a service engineer out to repair the new one. The washing machine had to have the pump replaced, this is a terrible appliance anyway. The oven had to have the element replaced and is now not working again. The warranty is only for 12 months so all these repairs have to be paid for by me.

Nordmende washing machine. Very pleased with it. Has a 15 and 30 minute wash which are good. Longer if you want. Also you can chose rinse which is good if you want to do some light washing with cold water as if does a couple of rinses and spins on this. Good for the money
