I asked to have the skagenrora put on ice. It has mayonaise in it and I said I would pay more if necessary to put it on ice. It came room temperature and I have no idea if I can eat it or not. I bought two and do not know what to do with them

However, we want to assure you that we take great care in packaging all of our products, including using ice packs to maintain freshness like in your shipment. As stated in our terms, while we do our best to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition, our packaging may not be sufficient to keep items cold during the warmest months, especially when the destination is overseas.
