The package you received contained two challenging items to ship together: a heavy product exceeding 3 kg and a delicate bottle. Please rest assured that we always take utmost care to protect our products during transit, using secure packaging methods. However, despite our efforts, accidents can occasionally occur during transportation.
It is surprising to learn that the parcel was delivered in a soaking wet state, as such parcels aren't normally even delivered to the recipient. as this suggests.
