Deceptive Auto-Renewal and Unauthorized Annual Charge
I signed up for a 7-day free trial with NoPing expecting to evaluate the service without any long-term commitment. At no point was I clearly informed that the trial would convert into a yearly subscription costing $57.90. The information about auto-renewal was hidden in small print and not explicitly acknowledged with a checkbox or warning before completing registration.
After the trial ended, I was surprised to find a full annual charge applied automatically via PayPal on June 29. There was no reminder email, no confirmation prompt, and no chance to opt out before billing — all of which are standard practices in ethical subscription models.
When I contacted NoPing to request a refund, they refused, citing Brazilian law and their terms of use — despite the fact that the billing was handled through PayPal and should comply with PayPal’s own consumer protection policies. Their support accused me of deception simply for requesting a refund, which I find highly unprofessional and dismissive.
This feels like a deliberate subscription trap, relying on fine print and lack of notification to lock users into a long-term commitment without consent. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and strongly advise others to avoid using this service unless you're prepared for unexpected charges.
NoPing must be held accountable for deceptive billing practices, and I request a full refund of this unauthorized charge.

I signed up for NoPing’s 7-day free trial and forgot to cancel. I was charged $50 without any reminder or warning.
I immediately contacted support to explain that I didn’t use the service and requested a refund. They refused, saying it was against company policy — even though I never used NoPing after the trial and PUBG blocked it as cheating software.
I’m very disappointed with how they handled this. No flexibility, no understanding. I do not recommend NoPing if you're just trying it out. Be very careful, or you might get charged like me.

Je me suis inscrit à la période d’essai gratuite de 7 jours chez NoPing, mais j’ai oublié d’annuler. Résultat : j’ai été facturé 50 $ sans aucun rappel ni avertissement.
J’ai immédiatement contacté le support pour expliquer que je n’avais pas utilisé le service et que je voulais un remboursement. Ils ont refusé, en disant que ce n’était pas possible selon leur politique, même si je n’ai pas utilisé NoPing et que PUBG le bloquait en tant que logiciel de triche.
Je suis vraiment déçu par leur manière de gérer la situation. Aucune flexibilité, aucun geste commercial. Je ne recommande pas NoPing, surtout si vous testez juste la version gratuite. Soyez très prudents, sinon vous risquez d’être facturés comme moi.

i bought a sub for noping when playing ff14 and during the time i was using it there were intrusive ads popping out now and then, masked as "service notification center". Every time you delete the folder, it comes back when you relaunch the application.
Now im done with ff14, when I tried uninstalling noping this app makes me fill out a survey, that DOESNT WORK. NO MATTER WHAT REPLY I PUT IN, IT DOESNT WORK.

Advertencia sobre una experiencia con una suscripción problemática
Hace dos años adquirí una suscripción anual a un servicio con un descuento promocionado por un youtuber. Sin embargo, dejé de usarlo porque causaba problemas en el juego Tibia, generando desconexiones constantes ("kicks") que resultaban en pérdidas de conexión y afectaban mi experiencia de juego.
Decidí cancelar el pago automático, pero el proceso para hacerlo en su sitio web fue complicado, ya que la opción estaba prácticamente oculta. A pesar de haber cancelado la suscripción, el 5 de junio de 2025, dos años después, intentaron realizar múltiples cobros a mi tarjeta hasta que finalmente lograron cobrarme una suscripción anual a precio completo sin mi autorización.
Intenté contactar al servicio a través de todas sus plataformas disponibles: Instagram, X (cuya cuenta ya no existe), correo electrónico y el chat de su sitio web. Solo obtuve respuesta en el chat, donde el personal afirmó desconocer mi correo electrónico y el pago realizado. Para verificar si se trataba de un robo de datos de mi tarjeta, descargué nuevamente el programa e inicié sesión. Descubrí que los días de la suscripción habían sido añadidos a mi cuenta sin problemas, lo que confirmaba que el cobro se había procesado en mi cuenta original.
Proporcioné toda la información solicitada, incluyendo el número de boleta y el comprobante de pago. Sin embargo, en el correo de confirmación del pago, la fecha de la boleta correspondía a la de hace dos años, lo que generó aún más confusión.
Mi recomendación: No adquieran este servicio ni ingresen sus datos personales. Aunque inicialmente parecía corregir problemas de lag, provocaba desconexiones constantes en mi caso, y ahora he sido víctima de un cobro no autorizado. Tengan precaución con servicios que manejan suscripciones de manera poco transparente.
Me comuniqué con mi institución financiera, bloqueé mi tarjeta para evitar más cargos y presenté una denuncia por fraude y robo ante la policía. Mi banco me informó que en un plazo de 10 días hábiles recibiré el reembolso correspondiente.
Escribo esta reseña para alertar a otros y evitar que pasen por una situación similar. Este incidente no solo implicó la pérdida de dinero, sino también la cancelación de pagos automáticos asociados a mi tarjeta y una considerable inversión de tiempo para resolver el problema.
Actualización 12/06/25: He recibido el reembolso después de una semana batallando. Califico en ese caso la aplicación con la nota correspondiente a mi experiencia (subo de 1 a 3 estrellas)

My son has lost £40 of his pocket money to these thieves and I'm going to take this as far as I need to take it to get that money back.
He is within his 2 week cooling off period, but I don't think that carries much weight when you're dealing with this kind of company.
Avoid like the plague.

Scam-Based Business Model – $70 Stolen Without Clear Warning
NoPing is a predatory and deceptive company that charges users without any real consent or clear notification. I was charged $70 after a so-called "free trial" that I never agreed to continue. At no point was I shown or asked to accept any user agreement that mentioned automatic billing. Their "free trial" is a trap designed to silently switch you to a paid plan.
Let me be very clear:
❌ I did not receive any warning email or popup that money would be charged.
❌ I did not authorize this transaction.
❌ I never signed any agreement about automatic renewal.
This is a classic scam strategy – lure people in with a fake trial, then charge a large amount hoping they won’t notice or won’t fight back. Their refusal to refund clearly shows their business is built on dishonesty, not service.
Their customer support hides behind a so-called “company policy” that conveniently benefits only them. When confronted, they give robotic replies like "we're sorry but we can't refund," regardless of context. It's an embarrassing level of customer care and a very lazy scam.
Let’s talk about the product:
The "ping reduction" service is unreliable at best, with no measurable improvement in most games. There are free or cheaper VPNs that do a better job. This company offers nothing of real value, only empty promises and a trap to charge you.

Contratei o serviço achando que iria melhorar minha experiência com lag, mas vi que , além do produto ser pesado e deixar meu FPS mais alto, não resolveu muito o problema do lag (mas confesso sim que melhorou um pouco). contratei pelo trustpilot pois vi boas avaliações, mas depois percebi que parece que é um monte de BOT que comenta aqui dando nota alta, escrevendo de forma padronizada e toda corretinha. Enfim, cai no golpe dos bots. Faz parte.

Scam (Betrug) Warning!
After the 7-day trial, NoPing will still charge you €58, no matter what, because there is no way to cancel during the trial period. You click on "Cancel subscription", then you're taken to your billing profile where it says "subscription interrupted", but after 7 days they still charge you. And the support won't help you because they want to see video proof of your cancellation attempt.
I'm now going to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. This is fraud on a huge scale. I've never seen anything like this before—absolutely insane
