Too long to get the customer to know when to receive the purchase. Other sellers keep customers informed and disappointingly, the pair of glasses are not same as advertised. Does not automatically adjust focus. Not happy

The other day I gave this company a one star review following a very negative experience with them. However I now feel I should say that they have really upped their game. I received the refund I I requested into my bank account along with a profuse apology for the mix up and the items I ordered have now been despatched to me.
So credit where credit is due they did put the problem right.
I hope this review helps other potential customers.

Delivery was long and the actual bottle is tiny not caught a 1 fly as yet smells like vinegar so im wandering if you could make your own would I recommend probably not

3 pairs of glasses…..Feel like I could have picked just as good off the high street for £2.99 each, what was advertised as £9.99 ended up being just over £20…… always handy for spares

A lovely gift idea for cat lover's. The delivery didn't take to long, and the quality is good. Perhaps a little expensive, but that's my only criticism. The communication was very good after ordering.

Scam. Products advertised via Instagram for approx £10. I was charged £18. I only received one bottle. Took about 4 weeks to arrive. Feels like false advertising or mis leading customers. I’ve emailed them but they don’t respond. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
