Horrendous wish i’d read the reviews before purchasing. Emailed to
cancel order straight after purchase (could not have been dispatched) was told I had to wait until
delivery and then return. Been emailing back and forward for weeks they are refusing a return and offering me £4 for a £15 item! Stay away from this company based in China (keep telling me it’s too expensive to send it back) they are a disgrace

Order arrived definitely not the size I ordered impossible to get a refund as email address bounces back as undelivered!!!!

Avoid at all costs! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I stupidly bought something from Hearthpost via instagram and paid online. When I checked my online banking, I could see that Hearthpost had overcharged me - ie charged more from my account than the online transaction value. I emailed them and they admitted they had made a system error (whatever that is), and they would refund. A few weeks later, I have received the very poor standard goods and NO refund for their overcharge. Very dodgy.

Ordered glasses but when they came could not see a thing through them when I complained they offered £3 refund when they cost me £14 which I did not except and asked for an address to return them but they just blanked me very poor company I don't recommend then.

Tried to buy something. Entered all my details. It wouldn't accept my first name. So now I have no order but they have all my details. Suspect. Highly suspect.

Ordered a pair of wide leg jeans costing nearly £20, was waiting nearly 7 weeks before been told they had lost track of transit so they would send another pair.
I requested a refund and was told they had refunded me, when I contacted them to say I'd not received any refund they said a refund could not be done. I told them I would take this further if I didn't receive anything and they replied with " most staff are now on holiday so I would probably not get a reply".

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service, no refund, wrong items delivered after 3 months of chasing! Should not be allowed to sell.

The advertisement is misleading. Pictures of the goods show multiples, leading you to assume that is what you are buying. However, only one small item arrived when the pictures showed three items. Also, the grammar used was in the plural tense, leading you to believe there was definitely more than one single unit. Product ordered end November and arrived - too late for Christmas as well, despite giving them sufficient time to deliver before Christmas. Product poorly packaged - shoved into a plastic bag all screwed up. Bow was damaged and cannot be put right. I co tasted the company on the date of delivery to inform I wanted to return and refund, as the product was cheap and unfit for purpose. I have contacted them now over 25 times. I still do not have any refund. Their best offer is a GBP £2 refund, which is not what I paid for the product, so why would that suffice?! In the last week they have stopped communicating at all. I am so annoyed that such a cheap tacky product range is even out there for sale, and keeping my money. Please do not use this company they are unethical, incompetent and rude. I have no respect for such people.

Absolutely terrible. No delivery. Blamed courier in response to my emails. No refund. Avoid these cowboys like the plague.

I would like to put -1 star. this company dose not deserve any star ratings.. I cancelled my order within an hour of placing it, I thought it was a UK company.. free p&p British speaking, as the order was confirmed another 6.00 was added for taxes. I cancelled the order and have since had messages asking me to bare with them while they deal with the dispute..until they decided to send the item on the 6th jan 26, no package has been delivered .. they have held up every message I've sent...truly dishonest ..

Ordered Christmas socks they arrived 7 weeks later on the 30th December. Nothing like what is advertised, i received a pair of white sports socks with a cheap unicorn teddy stitched to them. Do not use this company.

Oops.i just ordered and impulsively and didn't see the reviews. The company has sent me an email claiming it cost £12.98 with p&p however my PayPal shows £16.23. I know this isn't breaking the bank but it's not acceptable.

I think like others, ordered and still waiting. When I email i get apologies, but no action.
Rogue traders, avoid at all costs

Still awaiting delivery of socks ordered on October 18th. Doesn’t look as if they will ever arrive and if they do (after reading other comments) they’re probably going to be rubbish.
What a con!

Pretty much the same as most reviews. Ordered socks in October and although they were advertised as an xmas gift I still have not received them on xmas day.emailed a number of occasions and keep getting apologies..god knows is they will ever show up or even the quality. Avoid like the plague just a bunch of scammers.

Placed an order over two months ago, and still not received the item.
Numerous emails only to be told that they would look into the shipping, again no movement on their behalf.
or the item in question.
Any money spent with this company take it as lost.

UPDATE : received my item today almost 3 months after the order was placed.
And I must say.
I still stick by everything written above. Completely false advertising. And the item I received and waited so long for is nothing remotely like the item I ordered.

Ordered some stuff off this site in late october for christmas, still not arrived says " in Transit " think i been done here , do not buy anything of these robbers .

Ordered what I thought were two packets of kitchen cabinet wreaths. After an age I finally received two tiny wreaths for £15!!
