Do not purchase bras from this company. They come from the US - take ages to arrive in UK - then mysteriously go missing and when requested to resend, they do this from China! Bras arrived, absolutely useless no support, wrongly sized. When you request a refund, they don't understand the language and offer £2! Shocking ..... scam company.

Item not at all as described.
Subsequent contact with them was very convoluted and unhelpful.
Whilst they claim "Returns>>Fast Refund, Money-Back Guarantee", THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA, even though their contact info is UK.
Do not deal with this company.

Thought uk company but came from US and took over two months. Bras were atrocious. Avoid this company as it was just tat, poor fitting and loose. Didn't bother getting refund after reading reviews.

I still haven't received my order I ordered in September. When emailing they say its been shipped . Theyve said that for 2 weeks. won't consider a refund stay away from them. Fraudsters

Order placed on 27 Aug 25, didn’t realise it was coming from USA but that shouldn’t be a problem as my company buys from the USA and receives within 2 days. It’s now 3 Oct and the tracking says it was delivered yesterday- it wasn’t. Also the invoice is for £20.54 but they’ve taken £25.67, all for a product I could have brought from Temu for less money and got delivered in a week. Avoid

Just received my order for bras I paid for on 30 August! I was surprised to actually receive something anyway. It was a cheap offer on instagram and basically you get what you pay for 🤣. The annoying part is the ads are British and the parcel had been tracked all the way from US over the last month. Items are flimsy and don’t offer support. The padding is suspect as feels like plasticised paper. Would never buy anything from this company after I started seeing the reviews. Fool me once !!

I haven't had my item, no response to emails asking where it is and now I am going through PayPal to get my money back. Complete fraudsters.

I'd give less stars if I could. I was daft enough to buy water colour book and paints . Paid them as per invoice through PP. £11.69. got charged ,£14.61 despite continuous chasing I still don't have 2.83 explained or refunded. It! Arrived today. No paint brushes quality is shocking. Cheap and nasty. Except it wasn't cheap!!! Avoid avoid avoid. Go to poundland. Don't answer emails either ...shocking way to treat people. Avoid!

Avoid this company. They don’t respond to refund requests now £53 out of pocket with goods not fit for purpose and not as described.

Wish I'd read the reviews first about this scam company, overcharged me, which I had to go to Paypal to get refunded, then order took forever to arrive in UK, now says delivered but it hasn't been, no response at all to my contacts

This is a fraudulent company, do not buy from them!

The posters were full of spelling errors and arrived creased as they were poorly packaged. The seller refused to replace them with error and crease-free copies and refused to give me a full refund.

This company were selling a three bra pack on facebook so I ordered on 25th August. I realised after ordering that a delivery date wasn't stated. It is now the 20th August and still not arrived!! The tracking facility just keeps telling me where in the U.S the order is and it apparently arrived somewhere in U.K a week ago ( not to my address though )
I have emailed twice to query the delay but am told the same info as the tracking facility. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait for an order. I shall never order from them again.

I ordered a 2025 - 2026 Planner. My order took forever to get to me and when it arrived it was the 2025 Planner. I asked them to send me the correct planner but was firstly advised that they had sent the right one, despite my sending a photo to show that they hadn't, and then advised they could give me a £4 refund as a gesture of goodwill. I refused this, was told to return my planner to China at my own cost and then they would issue a refund for the Planner - the postage would have cost the same as the Planner!! I was advised by them to take the compensation and give the planner as a gift to a relative!!! Who wants a planner that you can only use for 4 months!!

Terrible, terrible customer service and company. Promoted a 2025/2026 planner. Bought it. When I received it, in mid September, and upon opening it was just 2025.
Asked to return and refund in full. Been back and forth and offering £3??? Eventually up to £7 saying they’ll be paying out of their own money 😂. What a joke. Theiving, liars. Avoid like the plague!

Bought a set of calming corner posters and they are full of spelling mistakes. I emailed customer support who are refusing to give me a refund, despite them not being fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Got same stuff for Amazon for half the price what gives

I purchased a pack of calming corner poster cards and it is riddled with mistakes. Being as these are aids for teaching children, I would have expected better. Company have not been willing to provide a refund of £14.98 instead either a £2 or £4 refund only.

As another reviewer has written, I bought what appeared to be beautiful, wooden, 3D tree animal ornaments.
They are nothing like the pictures!! Flat, acrylic, cheap ornaments. Not worth the money, however much discount they give for multiple sales ( I bought 3, unfortunately)
So very disappointed; but from reading the other review, won't waste my time getting in touch with them, as they don't seem to care about after-sale customer care or refunds.
I'll mark it up to experience.🫤

I bought some Christmas decorations which on their website looked like beautiful wooden hand carved objects but I received prints on flat acrylic discs! It did say this in small print which I didn't notice but I still felt misled. They offered me £1 compensation [I paid £11.07] which I found insulting & refused so I was told to return the items to China which they know isn't feasible & it says on their website
