Buyer BEWARE- The shoes may be nice but the customer service stinks!! Oh yes, they are quick to take YOUR money but they make you wait 21 DAYS to refund you!! That's BS, no one should have to wait that long for their refund. I immediately returned these shoes (found something better/cheaper) and I've yet to receive my refund. The website reads that the representative cannot even track your refund until it's been the full 21 days!!!! I won't be ordering from Nine West again, I can assure you!
I ordered navy blue shoes
I ordered navy blue shoes, they sent me red shoes. I returned them. They charged me $6.95 restocking fee. Never offered to send me the item I actually ordered. Then sent me a gift card for their store for the balance left after charging me $6.95 instead of giving me a refund because the (WRONG) item that they sent to me was a final sale item. They sent me the wrong item and they are charging me for their mistake and not giving me my money back. How can they get away with that?

Their website is difficult to navigate through. I want to place an order, there is no cart at the end and the page where you can proceed to pay doesn't work. Its stupid for such a big company to have a silly website maybe that's why they closed all the stores.

Horrible Customer Service-Last Time I Order
I ordered a pair of expensive boots, on sale 89.99. They arrived and looked like street girl boots. I returned them. They only refunded 28.94. I would have exchanged them, however, when you call their customer service number it says they have a lot of calls and are busy. The number hangs up. So you cannot reach a person and when emailed at that point, they responded 2 days later with zero response regarding my question. Still cannot reach them. They are horrible. This will be the last time I order from Ninewest. They used to be reputable.

I have to share my experience with you guys because it is a good one. I made my order on January 4th at 8 PM and I received my package today January 8th at 3:30 PM. I have to say I was so surprised to see how fast I got it, because after ordering I had been reading all the reviews good and bad ones and I started to worry besides I chose standard shipping 5-7 business days. I am glad my order was processed as soon as possible. Nine West, you got a happy customer here in N.Y. !

I have never received such poor customer service in my life as I have from Nine West. I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present on Tuesday, December 18th. During checkout, it gave various shipping options and it stated that ground shipping was 3-5 business days to the address that I had entered. I was going to be out of town for the Christmas holiday and had the boots shipped to my sister's based on that information. I could have easily had them shipped to my home if they would have stated the correct shipping information up front.
When I received the order confirmation, it changed to 5-7 business days. I tried to call, repeatedly, to update the shipping information to my home address and was never able to reach anyone. When I finally learned the date the boots would arrive, it was after I would be back home. I again tried to call and use the online service to see about getting the address updated or see what my options were. The first response from "customer service" was that they were sorry I had to return the boots and they would send me a return label (never received the label). I then replied to that message and sent a new message that I was trying to get a label emailed to me so that my sister could ship the boots to my address. 2 days later, I received an email stating that wasn't an option and they would send me a return label (never received that label). I sent in another request for a return label and still haven't received it. After 2 more days, I get an email that "the matter is being investigated by the appropriate team". I responded that I just want the return label and have sent another response stating the same thing. Still no return label so the boots can't be returned and my card refunded. This is inexcusable and I will never purchase anything from Nine West again. I have been wearing their shoes and accessories for over 30 years. I can't support a business with so little regard for their customers. They have absolutely no idea of what true service means. If you should decide to purchase something from them, please be advised that they are impossible to get in touch with.
Stop don’t buy anything from them
So up set with Nine West - they will not allow me to exchange sizes. State I must buy a new pair at the regular price although I purchase while on sale. The return label did not say this - I believe this could be Faust advertising. I purchase in November -finally spoke to a customer rep today December dag gon 21 st .... poor poor poor. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had.. The rep argued with me and apparently the company don’t offer common courtesy.
AWFUL customer service
AWFUL customer service. Had not received a refund on my returned shoes yet when I had to buy the smaller size before I had returned the bigger size. I have not been able to contact them over the phone for the last 13 days and am currently 34+ minutes on hold with Customer service !!!!!
Non customer service
I didn’t want to give even one star, but you have to to get in this explanation box. Nine West Customerservice has lied to me since the middle of November. I have complied with everything they ask but will not allow me to return a pair of new shoes to get another pair. I wear their pointed pumps and tried the platform with round toe and I hate them. I’m really upset about their non customer service and this review is probably falling on deaf ears. This is how you end up going out of business . I need to focus my attention and money on Vince Comuto 👋

Nine West is advertising huge discounts on shoes. Taking orders and sending out daily emails about new sales.
I placed an order on 11/27/2018. Today is 12/10/2018 and I still have no shoes.
A UPS label was supposedly created on 12/3/2018 but UPS still shows no progress or movement of my shoes. I do have a supposed delivery date of Friday 12/14/2018. And now it is a total snow blizzard in the East so I am assuming I will not actually get them on Friday.,I am not convinced they have actually been shipped.
I have made multiple attempts to reach Nine West. The email that was delivered with the order does not work it is a donotreply email. I have made phone calls to the number listed on the web site and everytime I get the message they are having technical difficulties.

I have always called during these hours.
Today I attempted to email via the website and got a message submitted successfully - so I will see if they respond.
I paid by Credit Card so I can dispute the order and get my money back. I recommend just not buying from Nine West they have extreme problems and since they actually did file Bankruptcy and since Authentic Brands bought them, I just can't help think this is a ploy to fill the banks with money and file bankruptcy again.

Do not buy from Nine West!! ordered two pairs of shoes two weeks ago and I am yet to receive anything. I have called them, contacted them on Facebook and instagram, emailed them but have had no reply. I have no idea how to get my money back. Are they stealing people's money??!! And what is worse is they are sending me emails all the time with promotions. I cant even block their email address incase they actually do decide to email me back. This is a nightmare. No refujnd and no shoes
Ordered 6 pairs of shoes thinking if anything happens a I can return them to the store. Only to receive 2 pairs and no Store. They are all closed down. I sent them baxk and have yet to receive my money since Nov 25th.
Then the next 2 came and they fit horribly 😣😣😣 and still waiting for 2 more since 2 weeks now to arrive ao I can return them all in 1 box. At this rate this so called Nine west owes me $240

Submitted a ticket: "We will respond within 24 hours." It's been two days & here I am writing this review. What gives? Is this a scam? Nine West, if you are a legit business still, you need to make this right for me & ALL the other customers you have angered.

After posting a review here yesterday, I called the hotline number listed on their Facebook page. I spoke to a helpful agent named Melissa and she said she'd do her best to resolve the issue. Later that night, I received an email stating that my order shipped. I received the order today! Woah. The shoes are cute, yet it took 2 phone calls and two weeks to receive them.
So, maybe they aren't scamming, and they truly didn't have a handle on the amount of orders they received during the Black Friday sale and Cyber Monday sale.
Original review: I recall purchasing Nine West shoes in the past and enjoying the fit and style. So, I returned to their brand this year to buy 2 pairs of heels during their Black Friday sale.
I placed an order on November 23, 2018. Called last week to check on its status and was told that it was being picked. The customer service agent didn't really tell me anything new. He wasn't rude, yet he wasn't particularly helpful.
I visited the site for additional information today, and my order is still listed as being picked. Not sure what that means in regards to shipping. I am curious as to when the order will ship. I called the number and the message stated that they are experiencing technical difficulties and to call back later. So, I submitted a ticket to ask for additional information regarding the shipping. 12 days is a lengthy amount of time to wait for an order. Do better, Nine West...
No shoes! Nine West is bankrupt!
I ordered pair of boots. Boots are not here. There is no answer to the phone number and their email does not work. I just read that nine west has filed bankruptcy. How can we get our money back?

I bought 3 pair of shoes on november 25th and the status on webpage is still On Hold and nobody answer my emails or phone calls.
I really don’t know what to do now but will keep trying to reach them for an answer.
