I've shopped at nine west since years…
I've shopped at nine west since years ago. The quality of Nine West isn't up to par. Recently in March 2020 I purchased 7 pairs of shoes and 3 purses. In June 2020 I wore one pair of shoes to an event and stepping out of the car my strap popped. I called customer care line to see if nine west stores had in store repair and lady said no. She offered to replace the shoe but I had no return label because I assumed the quality was just as good from years ago but I was wrong. The lady did send me an email stating they would ship a return label never received it. I took it as a loss. Second shoe I wore started coming apart at the sole. I figured it would stop there but as I wore shoe a second time the whole sole came apart from the shoe. I called and talked to a manager about it she told me both shoes were 6 months past replacement. I asked what am I supposed to so with the shoes. Her reply was that's your choice. I was furious!! Do not buy from them THE WORST QUALITY SHOES! Wal-Mart shoes are better quality than nine west.

I went on the website and saw a pair of shoes I wanted. It was clearly written 40% off of price as marked. There was no promotion code, so I went to check out and the 40% did not come off. I called customer service and customer service person name Shelby said the shoes were not on sale. We went back and forth. I screened shot the page, so I could have it. She (Shelby) said her supervisor said I could have 20%. I did not accept that. Nine west would not honor what was showing on their website. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I’ve purchased 8 styles of shoes (10+ pairs total, including reorders) from NineWest.com over the past 2 months. I’m a patient person and have really liked things from the Nine West label in the past, so I gave them every chance to get it right. EVERY aspect of my experience has been a nightmare. There’s a laundry list of issues so if you want the short version, it’s this: Avoid this company like the plague if you don’t want to throw your $ down the drain, waste your precious time, or have anxiety and frustration as a result of dealing with them. They are, without exaggeration, shysters. Liars and thieves... Issues below:
-Sent 2 different sized shoes in the same box for one item. The reorder contained matching sizes that were still 2 different lengths (apprx. 1/2 inch). Paid two different prices for both.
-Merchandise in general is cheap and poor quality/uncomfortable. They charge way too much $ for it.
-Refunds are taking forever to come through with no communication from the company that they’ve received my return or are processing it.
-Every aspect of their website is misleading or flat-out dishonest: Size chart is wrong, customer policies aren’t actually honored/lack of transparency, online claim forms don’t actually work (as explained by a live customer service rep) but their website doesn’t explain that, merchandise color in photos is misleading, etc.
-They make you do extra work to resolve mistakes they caused. They also make you eat a $7.00 per order loss to return merchandise that they screwed up. I had 3 different customer service reps respond to an issue in the same email thread.
-Their website is a mess: Difficult to navigate/slow load times/load errors. My Rewards discount didn’t qualify for the order I placed so I didn’t get the $$ off, but they took my reward points away anyway. They then refused to honor the original price I paid for a size exchange on the same exact item (which they told me they’d do in an email) because I attempted to use said non-functioning discount code.

I have been a Loyal customer for years, even when returning and been charged a re-stocking fee of $6.95. but i will stop purchasing as there shoes are becoming a poor quality, there customer service are very unprofessional, and they don't honor exchanges. they will refund your money and you must wait over 14 days ! done

So I returned some shoes I bought online and after over a month I emailed customer service to see if they received my return. I gave my name and address and the stuff I returned. They told me that if I don’t have a tracking number they will not give me my refund. I have never dealt with a company that said if I don’t have a tracking number that they won’t give me my refund. I will NEVER order Nine West online again!!! I've done plenty of shopping online with a lot of retailers during this pandemic, and I've made returns several times. Nine West was the only one to reduce my refund by shipping, and it took them forever to do that!

I’ll never shop at Nine West’s online store again. I purchased the Mana ankle strap leather sandal during their after Thanksgiving sale. I received my item and saw that one of the sandal was damaged, the leather was creased so I called customer service and asked if I can exchange for another pair. The representative stated that they do not do exchanges but I can get a refund and repurchase. I asked if I’ll be honored the original purchased that I got them for and she stated no. She said that’s the drawback that they don’t honor the sale price.
I’ll never shop at their online site again. It’s better to go get their shoes at other shoes/department stores. Never shop at their site because if you ever receive a damage item you’re either stuck with it or losing out on the deal if you return.

Customer service horrible I purchase a silver pumps on sale for $33 badly that I choose the wrong size I return the shoes and about a week I call requesting the refund. The customer representative told that going to send me a gift card for the amount of $27 because they charge $6 dollars for restocking. I not only mad for what happened but if I knew were be a gift won’t make the mistake to purchase the shoes again with the right size instead to wait for the gift card now not only lost $6 but I end that with a gift card $27 that I am not going to used. Not happy hate such company as Nine West don’t have good customers service such as one how take the call saying rules are rules and no one can’t break it, really! I hope this will aware others customer to make sure what they are purchasing.

I purchased a pair of boots online which ended up not fitting at the calf. I returned promptly and got charged the restocking fee, which I was okay with. I received a gift card for my refund instead of the balance being rendered to my original card, which is clearly stated on their returns policy. I was going to overlook this as I was determined to find the same boots with a better fit if I could try them in store. I then learnt that they no longer have a physical store, so I would be forced to make another 'blind' purchase if I were to use the gift card, which might cost me another restocking fee. I called NW, to address my dilemma and actually have them honor the return terms on their website, telling customer service that I was willing to overlook the gift card if I was sure that my next purchase would actually fit and not go through the return process all over again. I was very rudely told, " sorry maam, its not possible". I was not given a reason why as it was on their website, and asked to speak to a supervisor. A lady who addressed herself as Angela got on the phone and rudely told me that the person who "lied" to me is no longer working with them, to which I responded, nobody lied to me, it's on your website as we speak! She quickly then repeated that there is nothing she could do, not apologizing for this daylight robbery. Run away from this unscrupulous establishment. No wonder they are going bankrupt...stealing from people is no way to recover!
Nine Mess!
Nine West has been my go to merchant for quality products and service for several years. They used to be a great company. Over the last two years they have been a total nightmare to deal with. I was thinking that they simply didn't like my bank anymore...Until I read the numerous horrible reviews all over the internet. Over the last month they have sent me discount notifications via text...I have tried in vain to order for over a month. They once sent the correct box with the wrong shoes in it. They have put holds on the purchase amount then nothing. I have to call to find out why I'm charged but nothing is shipped. I even had my bank do a conference call with the Nine West customer service manager after I was told that my bank declined the charges. Well, my bank was happy to verify that nine west was not completing the transaction and then cancelling each order after several days. She told me that I could try a different method of payment. After I announced my bank. The manager changed her story and said that she never said that my bank was the issue...well, the bank CSR was on the line the entire time. Heard everything and put Nine West in check. I told have dealt with Order id#:10001049405 Kylie. Order# 10001051328 Paula 8/20/2019.2 toffee half d'orsay. I yellow patent 1yellow sloan $326.99-$126.23= $166.76. Order#10001064861. Paula approx. 4:30pm. She confirmed my banking info and told me to send a copy of the $55.99 charge debited from my account in error along with pics of the 1damaged shoe and the wrong shoes to: ninewest at arch-support dot zendesk dot com. I was determined to be patient and receive fair treatment. Ladies...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. The reps will tell you what they've been coached and they will not speak with you if you call and for them by name. 100% fraudulent organization. What is our country and indeed the world coming to? People are able to legally steal our money and then brush us off like non-factors. I actually decided to use my husband's information to see what would happen. Right now his order is on hold. I called nine west...it took the rep and repeated my husband's name, billing and shipping address at least five times. She became frustrated because she apparently couldn't do the job. i purchased a pair or white shoes for my wedding. Instead i received a pair of Black shoes inappropriate for a wedding. there was no recourse to receive the correct pair i had ordered and the only thing i got was a 15% off coupon for a future purchase which is the same discount if you sign up to receive their emails. Now the shoe is out of stock and not even listed on their website. I have been a big fan of Nine West for years. however they have now lost a customer and i will be forwarding this on to others.

I visited the Nine West store in DFO South Dwarf Melbourne on the weekend. The glass door was shut exactly 10 min before store closing time. Customers were served inside. I knocked at the door and the store 'assistant' told me they were closed. I prompted her that there are still 10 min before closing tme. I urged that I desperately needed shoes and I was definitely buying, but she turned her back at me and would not respond to my further few knocks at the door.
Their loss. I rushed to Sandlers where I spent $700 on 2 pairs of boots and I was out the door in 5 min. I don't think I will return to your store again and I will certainly be very vocal about my experience. Customers need to know what treatment they may face.
Nine West does not stand behind their products.
This weekend I put on a pair of Nine West pumps that I had probably not worn in a year. They were in perfect condition when I slipped them on. Mid-afternoon it seems the entire inside of the shoe had broken down, as when I slipped one off, and then the other, it looked like my feet had been dipped in coal. The heel and the entire shoe on the outside look brand new. The shoes are however now on wearable as the entire lining has disintegrated. When I called Nine West they told me they are not responsible for these shoes since I purchased them from one of their retailers. (Macy’s?) BEWARE: Nine West does not back their product unless you buy them from Nine West. Both the Representative and the Supervisor told me, “This is not our responsibility.”
Bottom line: Nine West does not stand behind their products.

NINE WEST IS SCAMMING their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been 6 days of silence since I placed the order. After writing to their customer service I got a reply - that it was an item of a pre-order (was said NOWHERE on the order confirmation and their website during the shopping) and that it will be shipped ONLY AFTER A MONTH!!!! I required to cancel the order and i got an answer that it is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Be careul - they are not informing you properly about the items in their stock and then they turn your money around for a month!!! I am placing a complaint for the consumer rights violation. They suggested me to wait unil delivery and return the order with a return fee. BE CAREFUL!!!!

I ordered shoes for my prom and i chose 2-3 business days for my shipping options. After it hadn’t shipped after 2 days, I called customer service and they proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t be here for another 4 days ( the day of my prom). If you’re going to have shipping options, please follow through with what is promised on the website.
