Gold earrings …

I bought some earrings that I saw on a friend and loved them. For some reason 1 tarnished! My friends are perfect and 1 of mine remains ok. I contacted the company and a replacement was sent out which I’m thrilled about as I really like them. Extreme happy and will definitely buy from Nina Kane again

Nina will go above and beyond for you

Didnt think nina could top her amazing jewellery from last time but she did and i am super super impressed with it all and the prices are just amazing. And nina herself is just amazing. She will go above and beyond to help you out. Have a problem she will fix it. I highly recommend her and her jewellery. 10/10 from me. Thank you so very much ❤️

I would not describe this as a 'luxury'…

I would not describe this as a 'luxury' item. It is very light and flimsy. However, it is as shown in the picture and provides lots of storage for different jewellery items. It arrived quickly and was appropriately packaged. The storage makes the price acceptable, but the description is slightly mis-leading.

Items are different to website

I purchased press-on nails for £10, but when they arrived, they looked completely different from what was advertised on the website. I also had to cover the return shipping costs, only to later find the exact same nails on AliExpress for just £1.25. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again.

However, we would like to clarify that the nails you received were exactly as pictured and described on our website. We take great care in ensuring our product images are accurate representations of what our customers receive.

Additionally, we want to be absolutely clear that we do not source our products from AliExpress or any similar platforms. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, original designs crafted with care. Unfortunately, some online platforms copy designs, which can lead to misconceptions!

Regarding the return, we extended the courtesy of accepting your return despite our usual policy, which for health and safety reasons, does not allow returns on press-on nails. We felt this was a fair and reasonable gesture. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility as outlined in our policy, and this is standard practice to maintain the high standards and competitive pricing we offer.

Fabulous quality jewellery

I’ve ordered from Nina multiple times either via her TikTok lives or on the website and I can’t fault the items at all. Amazing customer service and any items I order are always beautifully wrapped and are such great quality. I get compliments everytime I wear a piece of Nina Kane jewellery. Definitely have a fan here Nina! xx 🩷

The centre piece

The moon lock I’ve recently purchased I knew was going to be a must in my day to day jewellery and is now a staple piece that I will work all my other jewellery around … stunning , amazing quality and so much character in such a small and unique piece 10 out of 10 I am buying to whole collection one piece at a time
