Ticket question
I booked tickets for a show earlier today and asked for them to be emailed to me. I waited until the end of the day and nothing turned up, not even an acknowledgement. I wasn't sure if I had missed something on the screen where it told me what to expect or if there was a problem so I sent a message to ask. I didn't expect a reply for a few days especially as they are only open until 6pm and it was already 5:55 but I got an immediate reply from a very helpful lady called Rebecca telling me exactly what I wanted to know. What fantastic service.

I had a query about my ticket for a performance at a Nimax Theatre, so emailed their Customer Relations. I immediately received confirmation that my email had been received, and this was followed by a prompt and very helpful response which completely dealt with my query. I could not have wished for better Customer Service.

Excellent customer service from Nimax theatres
Having gone down with a sudden serious illness less than 48 hours before the performance that I had a ticket to, I contacted the box office by phone and email. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient regarding my request to resell the ticket, rather than leave an empty seat. I was so pleased to be advised that they did manage to resell, and that the money would be credited to me within a few days. Excellent customer service, and I hope to be well enough again soon to buy another ticket and finally get to see the play! Big thanks to all!

I messed up my email address for tickets. Nimex responded so quickly and fixed error within 12 hours. Always reliable.
Garrick Theatre sale of tickets
I had booked to go to the theatre with my wife this week but due to illness we could not go.
The illness coincided with with the day we were due to go to a matinee. I emailed the Garrick Theatre who managed to sell the tickets and the refund is on its way.

Today I booked tickets for Hadestown for Saturday in error Ruth in customer services helped me exchange for Sunday as I was having issues on the website, extremely courteous despite my silly error and very quick in making the exchange.
Could not thank her enough for her rapid response in dealing with my problem as I was in fear of having to cancel completely.

So many companies could learn a lot about how customer services should be - Derek and Ruth were the shining stars I spoke to. So knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also showed their human side rather than being robotic and following a script. Amazing people working for an excellent company.
