Exceptionally helpful staff. We are regular customers and everything is seamless for booking and the shows are always top notch. When we were delayed today and couldn’t make our matinee tickets they quickly sorted us tickets for the evening performance instead at no cost, going above and beyond.
We weren’t able to make it
We weren’t able to make it due to an emergency, and even though other people have been able to have their tickets moved on the day. They refused for me, seems one rule for some another for others.
I understand T&C but when a show is on most days and has availability most days you’d think they’d apply some humanity.
Absolutely fantastic experience
Absolutely fantastic experience! My daughter and I went to see the Six the musical on 10th January, and as someone who relies on a BSL interpreter, I was blown away by how spot-on the interpreter was. Huge thanks to the Access Team for making everything smooth and easy. We felt so welcomed and supported. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
very good production
We attended a matinee performance of Hadestown at the Lyric Theatre and had a fantastic time. The theatre was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices for both tickets and interval drinks felt very reasonable. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we’d happily return.
STAY AWAY FROM THE BAR.
Sent an email to both Nimax and the duchess theatre, Nimax haven't even responded and the manager of the duchess theatre sent a reply full of lies. When you visit The Duchess Theatre in London stay away from the bar, they will happily rip you of. We were in another theatre the night before and ordered 2 large glasses of white wine for £18, in the duchess 2 medium glasses of white wine £25-50p.According to the so-called manager their prices are in line with other theatre's, well I don't know where these other theatres are but not in London or if even on this planet. Nimax theatres haven't even got the courtesy to respond that's how much they care, and as stated the so-called manager lives in his own little world. Update, the response from Nimax Theatres sums them up, absolutely pathetic. Head office won't care anymore than the other incompetent idiots who have replied. This company is a total disgrace and have proved they couldn't care less.

THE BEST ACCESS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
I have had reason s to reach out to the ACCESS team at Nimax recently and the service received was the very best ! Nothing I asked for was too much trouble. If only every theatre operator was like this. Well done to everybody especially Hannah !
Very bad ticketing experience
I recently had an unfortunate experience with NIMAX THEATRES that I feel compelled to share. Their ticket procedure leaves a lot to be desired. I was completely unaware that after purchasing my tickets,Order TFSFNX9, I needed to return to their website to request them, as they would not be sent to me automatically. This process felt quite bizarre and ultimately led to me missing a show, which was incredibly disappointing. Due to this experience, I will not be using this method to buy my tickets again. I hope they can improve their system for future customers.
Nimax theatres customer service have been amazing!
Nimax theatres customer service have been amazing when organising a special theatre trip for a patient going through treatment. The Access team especially Hannah have gone above and beyond to ensure the patient and her family have the best experience possible including putting extras in place where necessary. I will be recommending them to all family and friends. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Fantastic and quick customer service
I am traveling to London for a few days and sent an email enquiring about 2 access tickets for The Producers for a certain date. Alicia replied immediately and I was able to book the tickets I wanted. Everything was done professionally, quickly , smoothly and courteously. Customer service is amazing
I booked a performance to Hadestown and before the show I had so many questions and Rebecca from customer service relations was so kind to me and so helpful, she never made me once feel like I was being a burden or silly by asking so many questions. I then got confused about the time of my performance and she helped me so quickly and again was so kind to me throughout the whole time I was emailing her. Thank you so very much and I am so excited to see Hadestown in this theatre!!

With an ocean between us…..
My husband and I are traveling from South Carolina US to London to celebrate our 25th anniversary in October with a cruise and some shows. The trick is I am handicapped, so sometimes I must speak to someone in person in order to have an experience that best suits my needs. With an ocean between us, Liam was able to help me completely, even considering my time and physical restrictions. It took a combination of emails and phone calls to figure things out.
When I arrive for the show I will be comfortable knowing that someone on your end took the time to help and listen so that my special needs will be met. Please extend my thanks to Liam. It’s people like Liam who keep people like me coming back for more. Cheers
Understated Diamond!
In an age of poor customer service from the majority of companies that exist, it's nice to come across one of the few that not only provide great customer service, but excel at it.
I sent an email to book tickets for a show at a Nimax Theatre and whilst I have sent several before, all with great customer service, todays was surpassed with excellence.
I suggested some seats to be booked, but I received an email back from Ellen, asking what my disability requirements were and that they may be able to assist with better seats. No more than two minutes later my booking invoice arrived and had been given much better seats, meeting all our requirements. To suggest Ellen was a diamond is an understatement, but what she did, shows that there are still people that give outstanding customer service. Well done Nimax for being great at customer service, but well done Ellen for excelling at it.
Superb access service
Hadestown was amazing but the review I am giving is for the access service provided. Attending the theatre for neurodivergent people can be a stressful experience. The assistance provided by Nimax from the quick response to my first correspondence with them to the moment we were escorted out after the performance through a quiet exit was outstanding and removed much of the stress. Thank you to everyone involved.

The staff have been extremely helpful,especially Garry and Tsiona,would highly recommend.Like an idiot I booked the tickets for the show for the wrong night and by the rules I should have lost my money but the staff put themselves out for me and exchanged the tickets to the next night,couldn’t have been more helpful!

I've been a difficult customer recently…
I've been a difficult customer recently in that I've had to change the date of a show I was due to see several times due to an ongoing personal situation. Every time I have contacted them they have been understanding and have rebooked my tickets for a date that is going to work for me. I can't name people specifically because I've spoken to many people but you all have been wonderful and so quick at responding. What a fantastic team you have!
