Very poor service. Poor products. No one answers the phone or replies to emails, Trading Standards are looking into them.

I went to buy a “Good to Go”
Packet to prevent food waste, of the food they have at the end of the day and have to throw away. I take it to an old peoples home. Nife charged me £6.80 for some dry pasta, a packet of biscuits, 2 packs of yeast, 2 packs of juice. With expiry dates of between October 2024 and 2026.
All of it ordinary stuff that was not going out of date and I could have bought in Sainsbury for £4.

It was my preferred shop for Italian products & I was a loyal customer for many years although they had had problems with quite a few products which they delivered despite being expired. Sadly its service has seriously deteriorated recently. Apart from the continuing issues of not holding a decent stock (too often they have run out of what I’d like to order) and having a barely decent website, on more than one occasion they delivered grated cheese that had mould, once they gave us a speck that smelled of mould and the last time they delivered a cheese that was supposed to be Fontina but was definitely a different cheese: clearly they don’t have quality checks. On top of these serious issues their customer service is one of the poorest in the UK. When highlighted the problems (I even bothered taking pictures) instead of apologizing/offering compensation they said they needed to investigate and asked to return the products (as if I was telling lies!). When I complained they finally offered a tiny voucher, which I haven’t been able to use given they continue to run out of stock, their minimum delivery amount is a high Lst 70 and I am not sure I want to risk receiving wrong or rotten items. And their prices are very high. A real shame because their treccia di mozzarella used to be my favorite and their ready meals -while very expensive- used to be fresh and delicious, but frankly not sure they can be trusted anymore.

I placed order on Friday at 12.45 and cancelled by email a minute later as wife reminded that we were away despite numerous phone calls and 2 nd email there was no communication and suddenly on Monday email came to say delivery on way
Disgraceful as there were perishable items and it will be ruined

Well laid out user-friendly website. Lovely food well packed, very efficient. I have bought from them several times and have always been happy! My only regret is that I am not in London so can’t order their freshly cooked food which looks delicious!

My order was processed and despatched by the very next day. Delivery arrived on time to the minute! Very well packed, all the cheese I had ordered was still nice and cold. Really pleased with my order and love everything I received. This is the third time ordering with the company, been very happy with their service. Many thanks 😊

IL pacco arriva in ritardo nonostante si paga il servizio consegna. Prodotti come la mozzarella scopia dentro e ti ritrovi l'acqua dappertutto. Pessima cura nella spedizione

I used to buy Italian products from another website it calls delicatezza for more than 2 years very nice and professional people I’ve never had any issues with them.This time I’ve decided to change but I absolutely regret Horrible experience They don’t even deserve 1 star,My first and last purchase on this website, They sent expired cheese (1.5Kg) and they refused to replace it or giving a refund. Please be aware about these people. They are just a scammer And unprofessional.

The price was very competitive. The quality of the Coppa, Porchetta and Pancetta was fantastic, never see it in UK at that price, and the way they pack it is incredible. Slice by slice, super clean and compact.

It is many year I shop from Nife is Life and their service is been always outstanding!

Received my order but only had 9 packets of Misura fibrextra biscuits, my order was for 10 packets ? And was charged for 10.

Great experience - Order arrived well packaged, had a text on the morning of delivery providing me with a time-slot. Bought cakes and crisps, Plenty time until the Best Before dates. Would recommend

Very poor service from DPD your delivery company. Waited in at home to receive a message that there was no one in and I can collect my parcel from a random shop tomorrow. Not acceptable when we are talking about food.

Will not be using your services again until you drop DPD as a delivery company. This always happens with them !

This company is just the worst. In our case, provola and burrata were simply mediocre. Honestly one can buy burrata from Waitrose and the taste is way more better. The absolute disaster was prosciutto San Daniele which was so old and inedible that we had to throw it away and if you’re an Italian in the UK, you understand how hard it can be. Doing the purchase online, they’ll save your payment details for the successive purchases automatically. They’re just so sure that you’re going to get back to them.
Honestly, do not buy from these guys
