The service engineer is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived when expected and carried out the service with no fuss or interruptions to me.

NIBE F370 Extract Air Heat Pump Service
Date for service arranged at my convenience. Engineer phoned ahead, in advance, on the agreed day with an ETA. Arrived on time. The engineer was both professional and knowledgeable and carried out the service in a timely manner. He was happy to discuss his work and any issues with the heat pump system. A full and detailed report was received by email within a day following the the service.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. Hired NIBE to carry out a routine service on my boiler, but instead of leaving it in good working order, the boiler has not worked properly since. It was functioning before the visit, but now there are persistent issues, and I've had to call out another professional to fix the damage caused.
Tried to get in touch to resolve the matter, was told on the phone all ok and if they send engineer againi I have to pay extra for what ?. I expect a qualified engineer to leave things in better shape, not worse. I would not recommend this engineer based on my experience.

Following receipt of your feedback, we have reviewed your case in detail. You advised our Homeowner Care Team that you had noticed water running down into the spill cup following your service. In response, our team requested photographs from you and consulted with the engineer who attended your property to carry out the service.
The engineer confirmed that:
“The water in the catchment pot is a normal result of the recent service and is nothing to be concerned about.”
To provide further assurance, our Homeowner Care Team also discussed this with our Technical Team, who have confirmed that the catchment pot is specifically designed to collect water in this way. This is part of the system’s normal operation and does not indicate any fault.
If you have experienced any additional issues beyond this, these have not been reported to us, and we would be happy to investigate further if new information becomes available.
As part of our service visit, we complete a comprehensive 37-point inspection of your unit to ensure it is functioning correctly and to address any potential concerns ahead of the colder months. This is to help ensure the system is operating reliably and efficiently when you need it most.

The engineer phoned before he arrived to give me a time and arrived then. He was polite and very friendly, as I struggle with health issues was very sympathetic to my needs. Top marks all around.
