Total junk, very low-grade material. You can see through the material for everything I bought. Do not buy from this company. Made in China. Wish I didn't have to put a star. 12 days shipping from supposedly IN to PA. Now I know why; had to go through customs from China.

I ordered a dress it was poor quality and didn't even look like the dress I ordered this is unacceptable!

Wish I could give zero stars. Company is a complete scam. Their ads all state "fast shipping from North Carolina" implying that they are a US based company. That is total bull. They are in China. Like so many others - I ordered. Never received a damn thing. There is no phone number, no address. Your only contact option is email and they give you nothing but excuses and try to delay you long enough that you might be unable to file a complaint with your credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

BIGGEST SCAM... BUYERS BEWARE
I bought a dress that was cheap made and ugly it looked nothing like the picture and they sent me a totally different dress than what I ordered. They make it impossible to reach out to their customer service to request a return/refund and only give you a 5 day window once your order has been received to complete your request. Impossible to do that when you get ran around in circles. Other reviewers who at least managed to make contact with their customer service mentioned they only offer a small fraction of the amount you paid. I wish I would’ve read reviews about this scam of a company.

I bought a dress online, it took forever to arrive. I bought the dress for my daughter’s wedding in Australia. I left the states before it arrived. I explained to my husband on what to do before he returns.
There was no return slip, invoice nothing. I emailed Nextmacys to ask how to return it. I thought this was a USA site. I received an email back stating “that the company was based in China and it would be too expensive to return and I was better off giving to a family member, and if I did return it I would only get 35%”. My husband took it to UPS and returned it before I had a chance to tell him not to as UPS is opened on Saturdays. Probably never see my $60 or 35% of it. What a disgrace this company is and to attach the name Macys to it.
I don’t know if there is such a place in the USA but in Australia we have Consumer Affairs and they will shut down companies like this. I blame myself as I thought this company was linked to Macys. And in future I will read the reviews before buying. But DO NOT BUY FROM NEXTMACYS.

I ordered a sofa on line. Called Macy's 1st DO THEY DELIVER THE SOFA into the house. 2 PEOPLE ASSURED ME THAT THE SOFA WOULD BE BROUGHT INSIDE. I placed the order and it was brought 8/21. My front door was open -when I looked out - a box weighing 96 lbs was sitting on my stairs. I immediately contacted Macy's to cancel -am still waiting for a pick up after 2 wks! Still outside-numerous calls and emails-will be picked up shortly. I want my refund Reminder - supposed to rain tomorrow-I am NOT responsible for any damage

I would give this company zero stars. I took almost one month to receive the item, which wasn't what I ordered. Very cheaply made and very tacky. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It appears the company doesn't offer a full refund, so I will just donate the dress to Goodwill for someone to have.

I ordered a dress and was charged $38 and $10 for shipping. Site stated Free Return shipping. The package stated it was from Commerce, CA- not China. Poor quality and asked for shipping labels to return. They sent me email stating too expensive to ship back to China and for me to keep the dress and pick out another one. Sent them email stating I don't want another one, asked for refund and shipping label. Few days later got email stating they would refund me 30%!!! Said I want the full refund and send shipping labels. Now they won't respond to my emails...they are trying to prolong the 30 days because dress can't be returned after that date- according to their site. I contacted them two days after I received the very poor quality item.
I will be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow and every agency I can think of to get the word out that this company is corrupt and should be shut down! BEWARE of thieves and scams- this company is worthless!!!

When received dress did not look like the picture on their website, it was made of cheap material and did not fit. I immediately repackaged and asked for directions to send it back. They asked to send me another dress of my choice at no cost. I was too nice and gullible because second dress was more of the same and then they said it had been too long after delivery of first dress to get a refund. Beware! If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. No customer satisfaction here.

This is the most cheapest ugliest dress I have ever ordered. Beware!!!!!!!! The dresses are not at all like the website.

I was totally disappointed with the dress I ordered as it looked completely different from the one shown on your ordering page. The dress was poorly made and I will not be ordering from you again.

I ordered a dress and when I got it, it was a different color. When I told them they sent the wrong dress, even after sending them the 2 pictures that clearly show the difference, they said they sent the right dress and would refund me 35%. They said I could send it back to China but it would be expensive. Plus, their ad says it ships from North Carolina so why would I have to return it back to China??? Do not order from this company!!!

I requested a refund and received it within 3 days. That was the best part of this experience.

I placed an order for 3 dresses in April, 2024. The first email I received said one of the dresses I ordered was out of stock. The person offered to replace it with a similar dress, and I agreed. A few days later, I received an email from a different person saying a second dress was out of stock, and agreed to another replacement. I waited 3 weeks with no communication from them, so I emailed and asked when I would receive my order. Yesterday, I received two responses, saying my items were out of stock, and would I choose replacements. I did again, and addressed the email to both persons because they weren’t communicating. I’m waiting to hear from them again or receive my order, but it’s not looking good. I received another email saying all my items were out of stock, and would I like to choose different items. I said no and requested a refund.

I placed an order on May 3, 2024. I did not receive an order number, or a tracking number, or have I received the merchandise. I have sent several emails asking about the order, but I have not receiving any replies. I have also sent emails asking to cancel the order, still no reply. All I keep getting is new offers to get a discount. WHY would I order again, when I have not received any information about the first order. I think this company is a scam.

RUN don't walk away from this site. The clothes are cheaply made and the sizing is weird. NO returns. The most they will do, IF ANYTHING is give you 20% off and keep the clothes. Who knows if you actually get the 20% refunded. This site is BULLCRAP. They try to get you to return things to China$$$$$ instead of the USA warehouse they came from. Everything about them is scammy. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered dress for a wedding and a bathing suit!! - What I received was pure JUNK!
I could have bought a better dress from Goodwill!! Its was 2 sizes TOO BIG- CHEAP material-- nothing like the picture which shows glittery or rhinestones! The overlay jacket looks like they just sewed 2 pieces of material together! The bathing suit suit wasn't even sewn right! Threads everywhere!
When I wrote to complain & demand a refund- they are offering me to get 2 more items for free!! What a joke--- and get 2 more items not worth a nickel of my money!! This company needs to be stopped!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered three dresses from the site what I received doesn’t look anything like what I ordered. It’s taken well over a week to even get anybody to respond to me about returns and they responses for me to just give them to somebody else and they’ll give me 30% back, when I told him that was an unacceptable response they just cut off . The site is a complete scam with garbage products.

The clothes suck. They're pure crap. When you attempt to return items, they LIE TO YOU! You must return it back to to CHINA, NOT NORTH CAROLINA LIKE FALSLY advertised.
I was suspicious from the get go because I've seen these dress pics before and the real product is very $$$$. So, I used PayPal in order to get all of my money refunded. Lol. Laughs on them, I read the reviews FIRST!!!

I ordered 3 dresses, after a month, 1 arrived. Still waiting on 2... The dress that arrived does NOT look anything like what the picture depicts. The dress is a polyester navy blue, small white dot dress, that is supposed to be black in color and embellished with some sequins. The dress does not match the chiffon cover that comes with the dress... ridiculous.
