RW & Co online can cancel your order and give excuse that particular store does not have a product even though it shows online. They select the store by themselves without asking and give you excuse that can't do anything after cancelling. If you are using gift cards to order the products your money will stuck because now you have to wait to use for their other products.

the call to customer service rep at 1855 232 1926, was not helpful. Not only did the rep not offer any alternatives, but sounded very condescending. The attitude conveyed by the rep was, "You're sol"

TERRIBLE QUALITY DO NOT GO THERE
I bought 3 pairs of dress pants from RW+CO and the colour leeched out of them . RW first blamed my dry cleaner and then pretended to investigate by having me jump through their hoops and finally came up with…sorry we only garuntee for 60 days . My son came home last week with some RW dress pants and luckily returned them .DO NOT BUY FROM RW+CO. !

Comme c’est pour un événement et qu’après 2 jours rien ne bouge au niveau du traitement, c’est frustrant! Je dois attendre et retourner litem lorsque reçu car sont trop mal organiser pour annuler une commande par téléphone. Vraiment nul comme service surtout en 2026.

My wife made and order, did not realize they added the delivery fees of 10$, she wanted to cancel, but RW&CO made it impossible! I emailed them to cancel, but they said the order was already out! I call BS, I emailed then seconds after she ordered! They intentionally sent the order knowing she will not take time to visit a store, or mail it back in which shipping is lost anyways! Either way, they win! Or, the think! We will never buy from this company again, I even mention Temu has the option to cancel within seconds! They will be a dead company in the near future!

Bellow zero if possible. Customer service nonexistent, just on a paper. Shipping service, Purolator, the same garbage. Just don’t bother buying anything online. A week later after the supposed delivery date they say that unfortunately my package is lost?! Since Monday December 8, it was given to the “third party “ and they lost it!! $200 worth parcel! I have no words, just beyond it.

A completely awful experience with them. I ordered a large sweater for my husband, I saw the email come through as large because I always check and it was the only item. Then a confirmation came through and showed a small. Purolator had not picked up my order yet, still hasn't days later and when I contacted RW they said there was nothing they could do, once it's ordered it's ordered. I tried cancelling it completely and they said they couldn't do that either. They are probably going to be the next to go under, I've never experienced such an uncooperative company in all the years I've been shopping online. If I could give them a minus score I would.
Searching for review my online purchase item
I have shopped in RW&Co store in Burnaby and I am very satisfied with the choices of pants and dresses I bought form them. I have just shopped online for Christmas and for my self and the first item arrived is my avocado color blouse which is very nice but the sleaves are a bit long for me. I would like to review the blouse but it was not given an area where i can review
Their price adjustment policy is awful
Their price adjustment policy is awful. They put products on sale in the evenings, and won't let you request price adjustments on items purchased in store unless you visit the store while the sale is on. There is no way to visit the store when it is closed. Purchased a skirt for full price in store, and noticed it on sale 40% off online a couple of days later. I should have just purchased online and then returned the skirt purchased in store rather than trusting they would do the right thing. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am now returning that skirt and I won't be shopping with RW and Co any longer.

Coquitlam Centre location: I used to really like this place but recently I bought a pair of pants that started to bubble. I wash all my pants the same. I went to the store to show them what had happened and they said if I didn’t follow instructions there was nothing they could do. Cool. Not buying from there again. This company seems to have lost its way.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff is treasure for a store!
I'm trying to purchase a set of suit for a wedding I'll attend later this year. Originally, I was trying to browse around with no intention to buy at first. Than me and my wife went to Markville Mall as Markville Mall was the only shopping mall open on Canada Day around my area. RW & Co was the second shop we walked into in order to see whether anything may fit my need. After a little while, a friendly lady just look like a customer like us approaching us asking if we need any help? We told her we were only browsing and starting to look around again. After a few minutes, she came to us again and introduced herself that her name is Yvonne. Then she gave us some very helpful suggestion and started to grab several sizes of Jacket and pants for me to try on. She was so knowledgeable about the different between each piece of clothing she wanted me to try on. With her suggestion, I finally purchased a set of suit because of her sincerity and her professional suggestion.
Thank you Yvonne! We will recommend our friends to you in the future. Keep up the excellent services!

My husband and I just moved to Delta and one of my friends recommended RW & CO. We visited the Tsawwassen location and we were impressed by the customer service Ruth and her team were helpful, friendly and professional.
The online service is inexistant
The online service is inexistant! I wrote to them to get faster delivery and they not even answered! The clothes are usually nice and have long pants, this is why I gave 2 stars.
Good clothing, bad choice of shipping company (Purolator)
Their clothing is generally OK. But they sometimes ship via Purolator which is the worst shipping company ever. I have no idea how Purolator is still in business - probably what's keeping them is the many, many strikes at Canada Post. I will not order from RW&CO as long as their packages are shipped with Purolator.
No cancelation on line order
I ordered a dress and realized after that they charged shipping and handling on a certain amount. I called back after a couple of hours to cancel so I can re order more to avoid the shipping and delivery fee. Apparently they can not cancel the order. How could it be when the merchandise was just ordered not even in half a day?
I was disappointed and will never order on line from them again.
They are dishonest
They are dishonest. I bought an item from zarah as well as RW and Company. Unfortunately, the items did not suit me, so I returned them. However, they were mistakenly placed in the incorrect boxes, resulting in each item being sent back to the wrong store. Zara was exceptional; they acknowledged the error and returned the incorrect item to me at no cost. In contrast, RW refused to return my item, despite my having proof of delivery with a tracking number. This situation was very disappointing, as I lost $104. The dress still had its tag attached too. This situation amounts to theft. I spent a month and a half trying to resolve this issue, with repeated assurances that a supervisor would reach out to me, but I never received a call. How can a company fail to return an item when there is clear evidence, such as a tracking number, confirming they have it? I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
RW& CO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SHAM
Ordered two dresses from a RW& CO marketplace vendor and received in Dec 2024 but only one of the two dresses fit. I tried to return the dress that didn't fit on Jan 9,2025 but could not access the order when I searched on the RW&Co website. I emailed customer service and shared my concern that my order number was not recognized when I searched so there's no way for me to contact the marketplace vendor to process a return. RW&CO replied by instructing me to take the very same steps that didn't work. Safe to say I followed up again week later with RW&CO with another email to customer service asking them to contact the vendor directly about my issue as the online return process doesn't work. Guess what? The vendor replied on Jan 21, 2025 to advise that my return will not be accepted because 45 days had passed despite my attempting to return before the 45 days deadline. This has left me deeply disappointed with the RW&Co shoddy customer service and will certainly never purchase from them in the future!
