Horrible customer service.
I received a defective product, and also some parts are missing. I opened a ticket, and no progress for two weeks. So I emailed the customer service, and then they asked if it was purchased directly from them (yes I did). After that, silence again. I sent another two follow-up emails, no response. Feel like they were delaying until the return period ends, and then ghosting the customer.

Excellent service! Dylan was extremely helpful and resolved everything smoothly. I am very satisfied—simply top-tier support, keep up the great work!

Terrible customer service, avoid if you can.
I’ve been trying to get a part from Next Level Racing for nearly 3 months now. After 19 emails back and forth, I still ended up with nothing sorted.
It was just one excuse after another. The system isn’t working, they’re updating things, delays, follow up again later, blah blah blah. I had to keep chasing them the whole time and never got anywhere.
In the end I just gave up and asked for a refund, which I’m still waiting on.
Honestly, if you need parts, try and get them from another website or retailer if possible. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company unless you want to waste a lot of time. Use them at your own peril.

I had recently upgraded my sim desktop computer and Wheel/Pedal assembly and felt it was a good time to upgrade my 23 year old racing cockpit.

Prior to purchase, I had a number of questions as to NLR's F-GT cockpit and was fortunate to have NLR Customer Service Representative Alec who was patient and thorough in answering my multiple queries and follow-up questions.

Good to know NLR strives to make customer service a priority.

Ordering process was simple, shipped and arrived on time. Packaging was sturdy, and everything was in the box. I had noticed a couple nuts had fallen off some bolts that were already in place, but a quick search of the box located them.
I had already watched the building tutorial before it arrived, so following the manual was simple and straight forward.
I don't have anything to compare the stand to, except my makeshift setup, but so far it has been excellent. Sturdy, fits my space, and makes driving with the wheel much better. I even bought a shifter to take advantage of the shifter platform. No more paddles for me!

I received my order with a minor defect. I reached out to customer support, while they did take longer than i wouldve liked to resolve the issue, they sent me a replacement seat. Good service overall!
