Ecom was very patient and willing to help when I was unable to give dedicated timelines

We love NexHealth as a solution! It's easy to use, and easy to set up. Our patient volume is increasing because of it, and the support staff is incredible. In particular, Ecom was super easy to work with, and very helpful. Can't recommend him enough!

We’ve been really happy with our switch from Solution Reach to NexHealth. We wanted one modern system that could bring our patient communication and forms together, while also giving us better features and stronger support.

The transition has made things much easier for both our team and our patients. A huge part of that was our onboarding manager, Ishita. She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and always made sure we understood everything before moving forward.

Overall, NexHealth has been a great change for our office, and we’re very happy we made the switch.

NexHealth has been a wonderful experience so far. I worked with Andrew from sales who was very knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered. I was then fortunate to be assigned Tony as my onboarding manager. Tony made sure me and my team were well trained an all questions answered. I highly recommend NexHealth!

We switched from Modento to NexHealth and are currently rolling it out across our third location, with plans to transition all of our offices. NexHealth is hands down the top dental tech platform in the industry. The speed, feature set, customization, and customer support are all top-notch.

Onboarding and training have been extremely thorough. Our onboarding specialist, Tony, made sure our entire team was fully trained and prepared before we went live. Highly recommend!

Ecom is the best!! Learn a lot of cool stuff like how to send a badge to patients that are due for cleanings, other cool thing is how to send a blast text or email to patients of a change of a new email. There is a lot of cool feature’s that I’ve learned so much with Ecom that I can probably will never finish. He made my transition from Weave to Next health a lot easier. I thought I was gonna miss Weave and thank God I don’t everything that I’ve learned with Ecom about Next health has helped a lot. He even helped me how to set it up on my phone on my desktop. He made my life so much easy.

Ecom has been phenomenal with helping during the on boarding. The forms are so easy for patients to fill out, especially with the medical history syncing directly in the cross on Dentrix. The payments are also great for easy reconciliation and posting directly to patient’s ledgers as well. We’ve also had a great experience with the online booking! Love NexHealth so far!

NexHealth is helpful to modernize patient scheduling and communication at our surgical practice. Our rollout was very smooth, and patients are now self-scheduling both new and follow-up appointments directly into our EHR. NexHeath frees up manual time with native reminders and confirmations, and the support team has been extremely helpful and responsive when needed.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience with Nexhealth. One of the biggest benefits for our office is the convenience and organization provides the process processing charges are reasonable and being able to send both emails or text messages to our recall. List has been extremely helpful for filling open appointment slots.
I also really appreciate how easy it is to keep track of messages and access transaction reports the consent forms have become much easier to present to patients, especially with the kiosk, which has made the process more convenient for both our staff and patient
Another major highlight was the transition process. Ecom was very helpful in transferring all our forms and making the transition to Nexhealth as smooth as possible. There were moments Ecom went out of his way to make sure everything we needed was granted and always found a solution to our problems. Having that level of support made a big difference and helped our office get up and running with much less stress.
Overall, Nexhealth has helped make our daily process more organized, and efficient, and I would definitely recommend it to other practices.

NexHealth has been a game changer for our practice, especially when it comes to patient consent forms and new patient paperwork.

We were originally just looking for something that was fully integrated with our PMS for medical history updates and the amount of extra features I didn’t even know were possible were incredible.

My favorite new feature is the ability to automatically send forms to patients at exactly the time we want, based specifically on the procedure code scheduled for their appointment. It has made our workflow so much more efficient and helps ensure patients have everything completed ahead of time.

Another absolute game changer is the automatic reminders for patients to take their pre-med. That alone has made a huge difference for both our team and our patients.

Uploading our existing forms to be digitized was a breeze. The turnaround was incredibly fast, and once the forms are uploaded, it’s so easy to go back in and make any changes or adjustments we need. The system is incredibly flexible and makes customizing and editing our forms simple.

Honestly, what made the entire experience even more enjoyable was working with Julianna Qvistgaard. She was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly knows the ins and outs of the NexHealth system. She was able to customize every little detail we wanted and made sure the system worked exactly the way we needed it to.

Overall, NexHealth has made our patient paperwork and communication process so much easier and more efficient. Between the functionality of the platform and the incredible support from Julianna, I couldn’t recommend NexHealth more!

McKelle is such and amazing and bubbly representative. She is always so helpful and positive. In additional to her great attitude she is always on top of her tasks. Anytime I have needed or requested her help she was available and responds asap. My experience with her has been phenomenal and she definitely made our onboarding fast, smooth and at the same time showed us everything we needed to know. She is the absolute best!
