NexHealth has made online booking so much easier for our practice. The onboarding process was extremely fast and we were up and running in less than two days. Since then, online booking has helped us fill openings in the schedule, made things more convenient for patients, and taken a lot of the headache out of managing appointments.

I also had a great experience working with Ecom Lu. He was helpful, responsive, and made the entire setup process smooth and easy. Overall, NexHealth has been a great addition to our practice.

We had a great onboarding experience with Ecom Lu at NexHealth. He did an excellent job answering all of our team’s questions and hosted a Zoom training that was extremely helpful.

NexHealth has a long list of services and features, which felt overwhelming at first. Ecom did a great job breaking everything down and making it digestible and approachable for our team (especially for some of our staff who are less comfortable with technology). He was patient, clear, and made sure everyone felt comfortable with the system.

We’ve already seen a real difference in our workflow. It has helped our team work smarter, not harder, and Ecom played a big part in making the transition go smoothly. We really appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend him!

NexHealth has been a great tool for our office! When we first signed up, we fell in love with the "Waitlist" tool. We are now able to fill our hygiene schedule without having to make several phone calls to patients to see who is available. Now we fill our schedule with just a few quick clicks, and our patients love it too! We have recently fully integrated with NexHealth and are loving it so far. Being able to send payment request has helped lower our AR tremendously and again, patients are loving the option to pay online and that they can see what their charges are for.
Customer service has always been phenomenal and respond very fast. We love the online chat option and are excited to dive into more of what NexHealth can do with Treatment Plans and Payment Plans. Everyone on staff has been so friendly and knowledgeable. We just finished an onboarding with Tony, and he was extremely helpful and patient with us. Change can be scary, but he made the process seamless and was very encouraging the entire time.
