Nexa Law were recommend by the estate agents for a house I was purchasing. All the way through the process Jayne and Rebecca were brilliant to deal with, explained elements I was unsure on and were very responsive in their communication and were diligent when it came to the detail in the documents and acting in my best interests.

Friendly and efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was great

We planned a completion date 3.5 weeks away to give plenty of time to exchange before hand. We needed to exchange at least 3 days before completion, Samuel Ogden was aware of this and was told multiple times. He told us on several occasions he had everything and we was ready to exchange, then on the last day at 4:52pm he asked for 4 further documents and still needed to request a mortgage statement from Nationwide. This should have been asked for at the beginning of the moving process and unsure why he said everything was ready when clearly it was not. This then prolonged our completion date even though we had 3.5 weeks for this to be sorted, unsure what he was doing for all that time.

Would not recommend.

Jayne and Rebecca have gone above and beyond, their communication with us has been excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way, we didn't have to chase them for anything as they were brilliantly organised. The information provided has been superb. They have both been quick and efficient in everything they did and they have made this process a lot quicker, easier and smoother than we could have ever imagined. They treated us as people, with kindness and integrity and given us a very personable service, for which we are truly grateful and appreciative. These are values we feel are important and to receive them from you has been a blessing.

Rina Popat was exceptional throughout the process, and acted for us on both the buy and sell side. Our chain was on the verge of collapse, due to our buyers conveyancers being incompetent, which in turn caused the top of the chain threatening to pull out. Rina remained the only constant voice of reason throughout and always defended our position robustly and efficiently, pushing back and challenging various parties at the right time. Rina played a significant part in ensuring our chain didn't fall through. I would highly recommend using Rina Popat.

Jayne and Rebecca were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my home. Excellent communication and easy to contact when I needed them. Can't fault my experience with Nexa Law. Thanks again.

This was my third attempt with Conveyancers, as the first gave up on me and the second refused to communicate enough to reassure me I was in the queue. Finally asked the EA for a recommendation and was pleased by the service I received from Samuel Ogden and his team. Fast and easy

Myself and my partner had a specific requirement as we wanted to purchase the remaining shares in our shared ownership property and re-mortgage.

Samuel Ogden agreed to act as our solicitor on a property purchase. Over a period of several months, he responded to less than half of our emails/calls, offered no help/explanation on the purchase process (we were first time buyers), and less than a week before we were due to close, he informed us that he would no longer act as our solicitor, due to our funds requiring enhanced AML checks (we'd disclosed our source of funds several months before, he simply didn't review our documents). He offered no apologies, and his negligence cost us several thousand pounds due to the ensuing delays.

The next solicitor (which we had to find with no help from Nexa law) closed the transaction within three weeks.

We dealt with Jayne and Rebecca at Nexa Law. They always go above and beyond to meet deadlines, maintain strong channels of communication and update their clients at their earliest opportunity. They often work out of hours to ensure deadlines are met, and having used them twice now, we will not go elsewhere. They really are the best in the business and we can’t thank them enough for their services. Highly recommend.

Samuel was absolutely fantastic in helping us with our sale and purchase. Due to some complications with the property we purchased Sam was able to help keep everything moving smoothly and provided us with regular updates. He is bursting with knowledge and experience and we wouldn’t recommend anyone else to deal with conveyancing other than him.
