Web Design Warrington Anmeldelser

I had a call from new world offering to design me a website for my company. I only advertise on Facebook, so thought I would give it a go. I so happy with my new website. My website designer Josh was very helpful, it only took 2 weeks for him to build. Gave me a business email that links to my personal. 👆

They designed me a website for my landscaping business. I’m so happy with it. Kept me up to date with its progress. When I want new photos and reviews put on my website. They do this straight away. I can’t thank new world digital media enough. Would definitely recommend!

This is a SCAM. They call up and offer a "free" website then ask for £99 to confirm or something.
Then you will get phone call after phone call asking for more money like £350 a time so not enough to put you off put enough to make it sound legit.

GET OUT before you waste any money on this lot.

HiSo after getting nothing from these guys but fraudulent payments being taken without my authorisation these idiots have decided it would be a good idea to call me up again for another year 🤣

Apparent website builds is full of errors and spelling mistakes and to tops it off not one bit of custom apart from more sales have come from the advent of their actions and processes.

Do not get scammed by these fools

Blatant lies what was the 1200 for them the attempt that the banks stopped to take another 4 and 300. You wrote down my bank details which is fraud!

How about refund that fraudulent amount and we can go back to square one

SCAMMERS!!!!
Con you out of money
Do NOT use

I had this company ring me saying they can build me a webpage for a promotional offer for a complete webpage At £99 plus vat they said I’d have a particular person in charge of of my website was Nina and she said they’re working on my page within a week of them taking my £118 they called me to say they could get me at the top of Google for £599 we’re very pushing marketing tactics. I said no that was only a week in I cancelled all ties with them and asked for a refund within the 14 days they refused so I contacted my bank to cancel any further transactions from this scam of the company

Had these guys design a website for me last year, had multiple calls after the fact by a panicked manager who's colleagues had clearly sold me something too cheap and didn't bully me into any "extras" like others have been.

Was told a year ago when the website was built, all I'd pay for is the yearly renewal fee, but I received a call today from a woman on behalf of NWDM saying I "needed to pay for security, it's a legal requirement" etc and what amount of security would I like to pay for.

I asked why this wasn't mentioned a year ago and she said "because it was free for your first year" something of which was not discussed, nor sent over in any terms and conditions, when I told her I wouldn't be paying any extra other than the domain/renewal fees the phone called ended.

Listen to and read the negative reviews, they're very telling and the company is just full of snake oil salesmen.

Rubbish service throughout! Just like everyone else on here I was offered a fantastic website in January for just £99. Wasn’t told about the additional costs, all they wanted to do was take more money. I’m now £1,000 pound in, it’s now April and I still don’t have a website.
Do not touch these people with a barge pole! Scammers, will take your money and run. I really wish I’d read these reviews prior to booking.

Scam company don’t use

Conned me out of 1000 nearly after hard sale and promise of a 99 pound website. After months and months I got someone else's website design and not even my logo.
I ended up losing the business.
Do not trust this company, owner or Chris who repeatedly ignored my calls.
How this company is still going without prosecution, blows my mind.
Disgusting company.

I was cold called and got sucked in by being told they wanted to build me a website for £120 so I would recommend them to friends. The website was poor at best as implementing things I didn’t want on it. I asked for my money back and was told no even though it was within the 14 cooling off period. They then contacted me again promising the world if I paid another £480 to get the site perfect and get me to the top of Google. 3 months later and I am no further on. I have asked the so called web developer to get customer service to call me but no reply by phone or email. Please don’t go near them. My case is now in the hands of Trading standards and NCA Fraud department.

Received a cold call aggressively pushing me to allow them to build me a website which they claim is free, wouldn't take no for an answer and demanded a reason as to why I wasn't interested despite repeatedly saying no.

It’s exactly what I wanted, and they didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. Also, prices were fair. Would 100% use them again.

Loved working with these guys. They weren’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need

They gave me a great site for a fraction of the price, and everyone I spoke to was super down-to-earth. If you want a good site without the drama, hit them up.

I have dealt with this company for 3 years now and they are always happy to help me with any changes i
or advise on my online presence, having read these reviews i was apprensive but a lady called nisha was very lovely and discussed my reservatuions and even over saw my whole website developlment. She also now keeps it updated

Very professional and helpful throughout everything we discussed

DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTIST I HAVE ALSO BEEN CONED OF OVER £1000. THEY JUST KEEP CALLING ASKING FOR MOR MONEY

They seem to trade under this name and also New World Digital Media. Just DON'T go near them. They reel you in with excellent offers and then lie their socks off, offering you the world. Myself and my business partner were conned by them, as they were playing us off against each other, openly saying that the other had said things they absolutely hadn't. We got trading standards involved and they were told to not contact us again (and had blocked their numbers) under any circumstances and they used a number registered under a Bed & Breakfast to call us from! Trading standards used their weight to ensure we got our money back, but it was all a really stressful experience. They just cold called me again today!! AVOID like the plague

This company done me out of £118.80 I changed my mind 2 days latter no refund new world digital media shouldn’t operate as a business
