The Tech I spoke to really helped me select the components I needed to update my desktop for Windows 11. He went above and beyond spending the time I needed in finding all the components I needed.

Terrible customer service. It's a long story to be honest (which should speak to how difficult it was to get ahold of them), but basically they scammed me and used false advertising.

chris was able to get what i needed when i wasn’t sure if it was possible, i liked the little quirkiness at the end (i think that’s what it’s called) :D

Tried to get a refund on a part in warranty, they only offered less than half of what I paid until I told them they were likely breaking the law.

Now still only offering the full amount but in ways that are in breach of what my Federal consumer rights regulator says. Newegg doesn't care.

If this trick works for them, they are unjustly ripping off many international customers.

I tried ordering a laptop as a new customer, and Newegg canceled my order with no explanation. Then they blocked my account. I opened a new one to try again—only to find my shipping address was now flagged. I’ve never even had the chance to be a customer. If this is how Newegg treats new buyers, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Very helpful customer service team. Something lost with a lot of modern Tech Sites. Not at Newegg, they know great products and great prices are not enough. Great Service is a must!

Absolutely useless customer service and website experience.

They have a store card, which you cannot use for their 'Make an offer' thing. Customer service are obviously completely f-ing clueless too, when they bother to actually be available after you suffer through the stupid chat bot.

NewEgg used to be good 20 years ago. Now they're a complete waste of everyone's time.

My chat manager helped me very fast. He came in 2 minutes, so I didn't have to wait very much.
However, I accessed customer support on my phone. It was a little bit uncomfortable, because you shouldn't escape or press back in the chat or you will be disconected completely.

I purchased 9070 XT sapphire pure. It was delayed and then lost by UPS. It will be about a month before I get my card now. It's the last part I need for my all white build. Chris understood my frustration immediately, put in a claim for a replacement and offered expedited shipping from newegg if the card became available through them. Quick, gast, understood everything i was saying. Was great and my based email :D

christian was very helpful and patient while assisting me. christian also gave me the link so that I can create a business account and help my non-profit take advantage of the benefits of a business account with newegg. christian was very pleasant which is not easy to convey over a chat.

I ordered a WolfBox MegaFlow 100 from New Egg, versus any of the myriad of alternatives, because they offered a discount promo, reducing the price, before taxes, to 59.99. I bought it paying w/my PayPal acct. When looking at my acct., for an unrelated reason, I noticed I'd been charged $96.84. In an effort to resolve this, I was put thru an automated sys., which seemed designed to frustrate... it did. What I should have been charged, after MA sales tax, should have been $63.74, quite a bit less than what I was. I will not order from New Egg again.

Have been a customer of Newegg.com for almost 19 years. Recently tried to return an AMD Ryzen 5800X3D CPU that failed after only 4 months. Discovered to my horror that it was not for sale in the United States and I couldn't return it to AMD -- no warranty!
Newegg and seller Senytech flat out refused to explain the problem and said only that they have a 30 day return police.

Patience & Flexibility. Christian talked me through the problem and helped me choose from available options.

Chris was incredible, very friendly, and fast!

Bought a supposed warranteed refurbished 2080ti, didn’t even work straight out of the box, denied any refund or returned, bunch of frauds
