Terrible Service for my first time purchasing from you. I ordered 5 items October 11, 2023. Didn't hear anything for 2weeks. Called in for status and was told one item wasn't in stock, then they went back to warehouse and said it actually was in stock and would be going out next couple days. Several days went by and still nothing. Called in again...now they say 2 items are out of stock and inventory was wrong due to a new system. NOT MY FAULT! If I nevered Called in they would have never informed me and my order just sitting. After expressing my upset they promised a Full refund and would still send out in stock items complimentary for the inconvenience! In which they still have not honored as promised. Sent the remaining items but didn't give full refund as promised. Very very poor service!

Yes the company did well I received my product, and am satisfied with my purchase. The quick response when i emailed you when in question of delivery and shipping information was quickly responded to. Thank you.

It has been a week and no information on an expected shipment date.

New Directions returned our call quickly and professionally. Made us feel valued and important. New Directions has been our primary supplier since we began in 2013. Their products are superb and the support team always professional.

Placed order October 9. Three weeks later, went to website and it said "pending." I emailed customer service. No response. Then I phoned. Customer service rep said they'd gotten a new system in (what was wrong with the old one?) and as a result, all orders would be backed up one month. She said my order would be shipped the following week. I waited. Nothing. It's five weeks later and my order is still "pending." No emails from the company, no explanations, no projected date of shipping. I may have to issue a chargeback on my credit card. Horrible (non-)service. Find another source for what you need.

Very disappointing. Order never came. No answers to my emails and phone calls. Finally they sent an email saying my order was cancelled and I will be refunded. Waiting for the refund.

I never received my order. My order was placed on October 16, 2023 and now it is Novemeber 13, 2023. I have tried calling them several times and left messages. I have emailed them and have only gotten a computer generated response. They were paid for my order so I can't imagine the delay. I have been ordering from New Directions Aromatics since 2010, but feel with the current situation I will have to find another supplier to purchase from. I really do love all their products but their customer service could use some work.

Great prices and products…unfortunately the processing and shipping time takes way too long. I have a business to run, waiting over 2 weeks for my orders to arrive puts me behind schedule at my busiest time of year

We started a soap company this year and have been using essential oils from ND and have been very happy with them! The scents are very nice!

The idea of getting a review for a product that you haven't received doesn't make any sense to me. I'm still waiting for this product to ship and I have not received any information pertaining to it. All I need is a refund.

My order did not ship for almost a month. When I contacted customer service via email (twice), phone (4 times) and text I never got a reply from any source. I have not had issues like this with previous orders and truly hope that this is not a preview of what to expect in the future.

Fantastic scents, smelling good enough to eat.

I ordered on Sept. 30th and recieved my order today, Nov. 11th. I inquired twice about this order. The first time I recieved a generic response about delays due to new management. The second email was never responded to. I was trying to get an eta and never did. I had to re-ordered all of these items from another supplier.

It’s been a month. Order placed 10/14z Still haven’t even received shipping confirmation. Called them, but no return call or email. Had to buy elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible. You took my payments and haven’t heard from you since. You refuse to reply to my message or answer calls or even ship my products!
