Most products are excellent. however shipping costs to my area are horrendous.. $70 or more! I can only afford to purchase from them when they offer flat rates, once a year or so. Otherwise they would be my goto for everything!

Edit: NDA replied with their justification for charging high shipping prices. How is it then, they offer a flat rate of $15 at times (to my area)? Nice try though...

Any time I leave a poor review on a product, it never gets published on their website. they only publish positive reviews? That's pretty shady. I've ordered a lot of great products from them but lately their essential oils are not the same as they once were- some are downright un-usable because the scent is so bad.

I am a the CEO of a small business. We use this company for our essential oils and so far so good.

They have excelent SDS info which I really like
They also have a wide range of different varieties, including country origin and everything which makes it really good.

If there was a downside. I would say its that they are not in London Ontario. lol. Common make the move! Rent must be expensive in the GTA. A nice warehouse in London could save you money.....sorry I am just woooing you to London so I save on shipping :)

Yes, they can take a couple of weeks to fulfill your order esp. if it contains multiple items, but I have found their product quality to be outstanding, great customer service, always very well packaged, shipping/tracking is great, they provide all product test reports, reasonable prices compared to other reputable companies. Maybe just order ahead of time if you want/need something by a certain date.

I love their oils, great quality. Would love to order more but... The first couple of orders my shipping was $10, then another order was $12. Then I ordered oils and shipping was $30-50 why such a drastic cost?
I even put 1 oil and same thing.
I would love to order more oils, I just can't do the shipping costs.

I love New Directions Aromatics they have quality products at great prices! I have been buying from them for 6+ years!

As from so many reviews, they have a big problem with their customer service. I spent over 3 hours getting my order together at the price of just about $950.00 (10% discount with the order) and was short an extra $50 for the extra 5% discount. I was exhausted and it was close to midnight, so I left the order for a few days and voila! I was SHUT DOWN and my entire order deleted by their system. Over 3 hours of going back and forth with my oils to make sure everything was correct!! They say I did not have this order under my account but if I did not, it was because their system did not let me. I signed in and if I was not let in, it was due to no fault of my own. Since it was a Sunday, they have no one to ask. Anyway, I waited now over 5 days and someone - RAMAN - finally got back to me. She says she will give me 5% off now. REALLY?!! THE MONTHLY SPECIAL WAS FOR 10%, and if you get $1000, it is then another 5%! I explained this to Raman and her remarks were, "That expired". NO SH**. Apparently she IS really noodles............ I've been trying to get them on the phone for a week and frankly, I had to wait a few days to call them to be NICE on the phone because I was so aggravated. So, this is the way they treat clients. I've been ordering from them for a while and always in excess of $1000. They simply don't care about you. Try FabulousFrannie.com. Many of the oils are the same price and you don't pay for shipping if you're in the USA.

I've been ordering from New Directions for 10 years and have had very few issues small like missing items etc that they replace however, This last order the box was ripped opened on the side and you could tell it wasn't securely packaged inside. 1/2 of the large order of 1000 ml and a few of the 500ml essential oils came in metal jars were dented badly. Some in by almost a third of the can. Thankfully nothing leaked but they do make it awkward to hold the can. I asked new directions to replace the containers that were damaged. I wrote to them explaining the situation but they replied saying that they will not be replacing them as they are only for shipping they recommend transferring all essential oils into glass jars and it says that on their website? Where I am getting said glass jars I do not know, As I pay a premium to buy from them in containers. I am ramping up my business and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I try to keep my business in Canada as often as I can but in this case, I am thankful that I live on a border town and will be using US companies like Jedwards International for future purchases.

I read ALL of the reviews on Trustpilot about this company and found out that I am not the only one who received the RANCID and FOUL essential oils from this company.
If only one person complaints about your quality, you could still believe that your source and your quality control are fine.
However, if many people point out repeatedly the same issue, you should re-examine.

***This company goes with poor customer service that are ready all the time to argue and turn its customers to be the wrong ones who had problems related to storage EOs.
In some reviews, they tread on the thing called 100% satisfaction when refused to make a refund just because their customers had opened the bottle already.
How can customers know your EOs RANCID and FOUL without open it?
