I bought my Electric fire from Newby, they were very competitive on price and delivery was on time. The delivery team were very helpful lifting the fireplace into the correct room where it was to be installed. The fire itself is excellent with a great flame effect and good level of heating controls. I would definitely recommend.

Purchased a swivel chair through their website at a very good price compared with even local discounted shop which couldn’t supply the colour we wanted. So easy to order, good communication and item supplied on time, exactly as ordered and in pristine condition. Checked them out before, as I prefer not to buy on line and had never heard of them. They have been as good as the reviews: I have no hesitation recommending them and shall be using them again myself.

I ordered a leather swivel chair which was then delivered by a second agent -( this was delayed due to me going on holiday ) but as soon as I got back there was prompt delivery of the chair. I opted for someone to assemble the chair and again that was done efficiently by a third agent . A very smooth purchase , thank you .🤗

Fabulous kitchen island. So glad I bought it. I was dubious about paying for goods in August as a pre-order which didn't arrive until November but Newby House Interiors kept me fully updated through the process. They always replied to my emails promptly. The island is so lovely and holds so much. It has helped me tidy up my kitchen and looks stunning too.

We ordered two oak lamp tables online. These arrived a few days later well packed and we are very happy as they were exactly what we needed. We wanted quality finished furniture and they certainly ticked anll the boxes. The service from placing the order to receipt of furniture was excellent. We were kept fully informed and the delivery was made with care and on time time. We are extremely pleased with the table we ordered both the quality and the value for money

Very long lead time due to supply issues getting to the wholesaler. I was kept updated throughout the process. On delivery there were 6 missing shelf supports an inserts. Again this was handled very well and replacements were posted fairly quickly. They were easily fitted. Very happy with the unit itself too

We have just received excellent service from Richard. We ordered some dining chairs on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday. Unfortunately three of the legs were damaged but these were replaced promptly on Friday. The chairs are of very good quality for the price and we can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy furniture for their home.

What a brilliant shop. We saw two lovely kitchen stools online, and when they arrived, they were absolutely beautiful. They were exactly as described - if not better - a fantastic colour which matches all the things we have. Right from the start we had a brilliant relationship with the company. They kept us fully informed about the items, when they would arrive and kept us a very happy pair of oldies. All we can say is that this is a brilliant shop with very kind and caring staff. I purchased a chair and foot stool for my parents and the company were seamless from start to finish. I received an email to confirm order and inform me a delivery company would call to arrange a time/date. This was good as I could let my dad know it wouldn't be a spam call. I bought a stunning set of reclaimed nest of tables. The online shopping process was really easy. I received regular email updates from order confirmation to shipping time, which was really quick.
Delivery was excellent - they carried it into the room I requested, They were very respectful and careful about my property and careful not to damage anything.

Quality product as advertised and delivered efficiently.

We ordered three pieces of oak furniture which was quite a bit cheaper than our local store hoping that we were doing the right thing by ordering online. We needn't have worried. Although we didn't need to communicate a lot with Newby House as our order was delivered when expected and the furniture was in perfect condition, any emails were responded to promptly. We would use this company again with hesitation.
