Completely avoid buying direct from these if you can.
Purchased 2 pairs of kids shoes size 11 and size 12 for christmas, didnt get onto it til other week that one of the size 12s even though its labeled as 12 is actually a 11.5. Got in touch as clearly a fault their end and got offered 15% off next purchase and then closed the ticket as soon as I said is that all I only want to swap a single shoe to the right size

Had a faulty pair of trainers that practically disintegrated after a short time. Referred this to NB but they were so not interested in taking any responsibility for their faulty product and gave me every excuse not to help. I spent days exchanging emails with their so called "support" department but they just kept batting me back and saying it wasn't their responsibility to help. Does not surprise me that they have such a low Trust Pilot rating!!!!

That’s the only review I done in here, because there is so much hate on this company, well I ordered trainers and got them next day, without any issues so they are learning on their mistakes I guess. Return label was already in box just in case if something would be wrong. I’m not gonna lie I was terrified when I made my order because instead of checking them out first I did it after my order was placed. That was my first time having anything from them but definitely not the last as I can’t say a bad word about them.

Placed an order for the newly released 991v1 Made in UK, competed the order less than 2 minutes after launch and both trainers were cancelled a few days later because they were sold out.

I was told by customer service that one pair were cancelled but there was no issue with the other and would be shipped but a few hours later they cancelled the 2nd pair.

Either this is one of the most incompetent businesses or someone at the brand is manipulating orders for profit.

Several items I did receive has security tags attached.

Customer service tried to dismiss the issue with a £20 gift card. How can they assume I want to be associated with this brand after they proven to be disreputable.

They need to sort out their website so that resellers can't buy up all the stock then rip off thier customers.

They also need to scrutinise who is cancelling orders and why. Freeing up stock for associates when demand is high is not unheard of.

Will let this brand decided on whether they want to admit to being incompetent or corrupt.

Places an order for 4 items. Once dispatched was told 1 item was out of stock. One ofy other items was replaced with a different item. Wasn't given any indication of the item not being sent. When I raised the complaint it was all very automated and not dealt with very professional or with any kind of empathy. Just send back and get a refund if not happy.

Be careful when purchasing from this store , I ordered a pair of trainers but I have noticed that after paid they says that the price is lower and difference is tax , which ok- I did not care as I chose to buy it at that amount but when I tried to return them as size did not fit , the tax is not calculated in the refund. If there is no purchase why taxed , it is not like a delivery when a service is done and gone , they will sell again and charge tax again !

I absolutely love the look, comfort, and overall style of the New Balance 327 trainers — they’re lightweight, versatile, and easy to wear with almost anything.

However, unfortunately, I purchased two separate pairs, and both developed a noticeable squeaking/creaking sound within the first couple of months of use. I don’t wear them daily, so this was quite disappointing and unexpected.

Because I no longer had the receipt for one of the purchases, I wasn’t able to get a refund or exchange. I am currently trying to resolve the issue with the retailer where I bought the second pair. When I contacted New Balance directly, I was advised to deal with the retailers rather than the brand itself.

Despite genuinely loving the trainers, it does seem that there may be an issue with manufacturing or materials, given that the same problem occurred with two different pairs.

I would still recommend them for their design and comfort, but please be cautious when purchasing and keep your receipt, just in case you experience the same issue.

I ordered men’s trainers size 11.5 from New Balance’s UK website on 28.12 for my son's birthday. They sent women’s size 7 trainers instead.

I provided photographic proof. Despite this being their error, they required a return but failed to arrange it properly.

I am undergoing cancer treatment and requested a UPS collection as a reasonable adjustment. The collection time was ignored and the courier arrived without a returns label, making the return impossible. This happened twice and I ended up having to visit a UPS shop to drop the trainers off (during a period where I am very ill).

The retailer has refused to escalate my complaint to the complaints team and has failed to resolve the issue. I still have no refund or the correct trainers. I have now asked Visa to do a charge back. I advise you to not purchase from this website.

Don’t touch the Rebel V4 trainers! Only lasted 270 miles until they went completely dead! Customer service not interested despite multiple calls. ASICS Novablast 5 trainers have now done 330 miles and still feel brand new!

September 2025 after four months use the lining is coming apart.
Contacted New Balance customer service who were basically not interested.
Will never buy New Balance products again.

Bought many shoes from them which range from wonderful to disastrous. The last 3 pairs have been disastrous. They’ve fallen off a cliff. Same model, nominally the same size, completely different actual size.

Every single delivery or returns with UPS is an absolute disaster. They’re unable to deliver when they’re meant to, provide no communication, are unable to make their return labels work and their tech is from the 90s.

For as long as New Balance keep making worse and worse shoes and having UPS, I’m done with them.

I ordered some trainers and clothing at which time I was advised they would be delivered on 02/01/25. Having not received them or any communication from the retailer, I contacted them as I ideally needed them by today. Fair enough, this was an estimated delivery date but on enquiring I was told that the courier had not even collected the order and when I queried when I was likely to get them, the advisor told me if I didn't get them by the next week I should get in touch. It seemed like a rather cavalier attitude and not at all organised.

I purchased a pair of NB370 in May 25 and rarely wear them. The side of one sole has split and they have not been missused, this is a manufacturing fault. I noticed the split in November and reported this early December. First of all I cannot speak to anyone in England and can’t return to a shop. The manager in the Manchester shop has seen the shoes and agrees they should be replaced but they cannot help. The customer service is none existent and I get fobbed off on the chat. I am in an email trail with a person who has refused to replace refund or repair as they are around 6 months old. I have escalated this and again this has been refused- I will continue to try, all they have offered me is 25 % off my next pair!! The cheek. Like I would buy NB again!! Do not buy, they will fail and you will be stuck with them…

i ordered 9060 few days ago and my money got deducted from my account but i didnt recieve any email any order confermation from the company for 3 days after waiting three days i called them for everything but still did not recieve any mail then after calling 2nd time they told me to write down my order number so that i can track my parcel , and i ordered to be dilivered at home i was waiting for order at home but they diliver it to some shop and i didnt knew it , really very bad experience

I originally ordered two pairs of the same shoes for my children both pairs broke within 4 days so I contacted them they don’t get me wrong they issued me with two vouchers for the value of them the trainers but quite honestly the process was a nightmare! Then I used the vouchers to purchase other items, they items were horrendous, nothing like I expected from such a brand, it was clothing I expect a certain level of support when it comes to gym wear these had absolutely no hold in at all, were the most unflattering, confidence draining, badly made. After leaving reviews for said items I’ve come to notice they’ve removed them. I contacted customer services as they asked me to after leaving honest reviews to be told I should return the items but won’t be issued a new vouchers or refund for the value of the items because I used a voucher to purchase them with. And was offered a £10 off voucher that I explained I wouldn’t be using as I will not order again.

I bought £140 running shoes for my son for Chriistmas. The site says 60 day refund policy and nothing about exchange. Told that as bought in October this is 60 days and it is same as refund policy but I can't find that information so stuck with a pair of £140 running shoes that I paid £5 delivery that are no use. Ridiculous and not what expect for luxury items

This company have one of the most awkward return processes and unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered.
I ordered a pair of trainers for my wife for Xmas in her usual size 4 UK but she then told me she’d previously tried on the size 4 in a store and they were too small, so I then ordered a size 4.5

The size 4 order didn’t come with any return paperwork however, the size 4.5 did have a pre paid label.

As I don’t have access to a printer right now, I checked the New Balance website and in the frequently asked questions section, it clearly states that if you don’t have access to a printer, just speak to an agent for assistance.

I tried that and the staff member was completely unhelpful. They just kept saying, you must use the UPS return label. I told them they didn’t include one and was just told I’ll have to print one, which was the reason I was talking to them in the first place. No offer of assistance in any way. Just kept going around in circles, repeating that I must use the UPS label! What’s the point in telling people to contact customer services, if they just tell you the same thing!

Bearing in mind, the rerun postage isn’t free, and NB deduct £6 off the refund, so I asked if I could take them to the post office and use Royal Mail AT MY EXPENSE, then they simply refund me the full amount, as it wouldn’t cost them anything. The customer service advisor stated that if I didn’t use UPS, they would NOT refund me or return the shoes.

So my only option in order to return them and actually get my refund, is to go out and spend £35 on a printer then lose the £6 for the return.

It’s no wonder this company disappeared for many years. And I amazed that somehow they’ve made a return.

Companies like Nike and adidas are far more customer focused and actually helpful to their customers.They also include free returns and include the label!

This is the first and last NB product I will ever purchase and if I had my way, I’d be returning both pairs of shoes, but my wife’s taste in trainers has obviously declined as much as this company over the years!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Ordered a pair of shoes which were never sent or even left the warehouse. They held my money and only offered a partial refund after weeks of chasing. They refused to pay for the shipping which never happened in the first place. Would encourage you to avoid dealing with them. Not a shock that I'm not the only one with a poor experience.

At the end of September I ordered a pair of 9060. With a busy life I never got round to wearing these until after the ‘30 day return period’. I ordered a size 7, turns out they sent me one size 7 shoe and one size 8 shoe. New balance will not take accountability for this and offer an exchange even. I am bitterly disappointed to own a pair of trainers that are not fit for purpose (I can’t wear odd shoes) and also not delivered as described. This breaches consumer law and yet they still won’t do anything! Disgraceful customer service.
