They don't visit + verify the properties. Photos are fake and take too long to reply.

The best thing about nestpick is they are human; and not mechanical humanoids...I am from India, and things are more manual there;and initially I was having a hard time because good places go out really fast, and you have to be quick!! But they were always there to have my back; sometimes they worked during the weekends (Jose), they replied my mail even during the christmas holidays (Marta),and they looked through every permutation-combination to find me a room before arriving in The Hague (Erwin), and they did...!!Sometimes it can be really intimidating to travel half the world to a far away country; but the people in the nestpick,they will always try to make you feel safe, and try there best to ensure you are! I think that is what turns the twigs into a NEST!!
I can never compliment them adequately;and do sincerely hope to see them in India,preferably not very far in the future....and wish them all the best in the world!!

I booked a room (shared apartment) and i had an unforeseen issue from my side because of which i wanted to cancel the booking. However, requesting to cancel the booking in my case meant to loose the entire deposit and agency fee. This amount was a hell lot, given my student lifestyle.
Nestpick (Erwin van Dijk) took over my email request about cancellation and took the pain to mediate, call me and the landlord back-and-forth, and finally came up with a graceful solution satisfying me and the landlord. Selfless service!
And all this was done within a short period of time. Appreciately and highly recommend nestpick, especially when I know the backhead service people are so relibale and acknowledged the point of view of the tenant as well as the landlord.
By the way, i was searching for suitable accommodation for more than 15 days and I found one within 2hours of using Nestpick. This is damn amazing! After all our future home is just a click away!
The next time I move, I will certainly use Nestpick. Hopefully by then Nestpick expands and offers its service in even more cities.

The service and the support are both really good and they are here to help you. One thing is that some cities don't have thousand of listings so you have to be quick when an opportunity shows up. My global experience is great!

The platform is great but you have to ask a lot of questions, like does the room have cockroaches? does the owner smoke? and other pesky things I got saddled with a tiny room riddled with cockroaches. They do a great job of finding you a room but they don't check out the rooms thoroughly or vet out the landlord. avoid avoid or ask a lot of questions.

Booked my apartment in Munich through Nestpick and had some troubles with my landlord. Nestpick supported me all the way, they answered my emails quickly, gave valuable advice and helped me solve the issues. Their customer service is excellent and I would never hesitate to book through Nestpick again. Keep up the great work!

Awesome platform, helped me find a flat when I was moving over to Berlin! Much cheaper then paying agencies 2 times the month's rent for their "services"...

Kamer geboekt via nestpick. Was vooraf een beetje nerveus vanwege het feit dat men een vooruitbetaling moet doen, en in het geval van annulering dan pas het geld terug krijgt. Achteraf bleek het vals alarm, ze informeerden me namelijk over elke stap die genomen werd. T geld werd zelfs pas overgemaakt naar de huisbaas nadat ik al 2 dagen in m’n kamer (in Amsterdam) was. Ze legden uit dat ik zo 2 dagen de tijd had om te checken of alles naar afspraak was, en zo niet, ze me m’n geld terug konden storten. Not bad, Nestpick, not bad..

I use Internet platforms a lot to save time and I am very happy to see that there's now a service for long-term renting of apartments. I don't like viewings or the bureaucracy that goes with it. I just want it done. Now I was finally able to just book a place, get a confirmation and move in. Very practical and time-saving

Made a booking request and it got declined. Paid by credit card. Money should have arrived within a day, but it took 3. In the end it was all good, found an even better room in Rotterdam, so I’m happy.

Mi sono da poco trasferito a Barcellona grazie a nestpick. Ho trovato la camera sul sito ed é stato veramente utile. Non ho dovuto scervellarmi nel trovare la camera adatta a me sul posto ma l'ho trovata online ed é stato molto semplie e conveniente. Lo consiglio a quelle persone che non vogliono stressarsi nel cercare casa facendo avanti e indietro.

I am going to study in Rotterdam from January. At first, I was worried whether or not I could find a place. I'm from the US, so it's very hard for me to go all the way to Rotterdam to do viewings. Then I found nestpick, who made the process so much easier. I don't have to do viewings or have to compete with potential tenants who bribe the landlord. Booked my room in London a week ago! It felt a bit weird to do this completely online, but in the end it was all good!

Booked my room only 2 weeks in advance and everything was arranged properly. Handover of key was fine and the room was exactly as in the picture. Maybe even a little better. Would recommend to anyone!
