Nestpick was amazing for helping me find a place to stay while I was working remotely. I did not want to sign a one-year lease so having a flexible long-term stay was important. I was able to relocate easily and find something worked in my budget.

NestPick allowed me to find a great place to stay for my internship at an affordable price, the amenities were great and the apartment was very clean. I’d definitely suggest booking through them!

This has honestly been a very pleasant, smoothest housing experience I have ever had. The place looks identical to pictures, easy check in process, with an attentive customer service. Will definitely be using Kasa for future travels as well!

Smooth process and responsive customer service. Seeking information and requests were very quick. Once the process was underway it was also clear how it will be managed and they did not miss any detail in paperwork and handing the keys.
The flat itself was as advertised with all its details, clean and ready for us.

Very bad service from all aspects and I will never ever use their service no matter what, not to mention the customer service when I try to raise a complaints. She told me the mistake is mine and I have to follow up myself and chase the issue.

Changed business model? TRUSTED partnered? Such as rooming.nl, the biggest scam ever. They take no responsibility and even thought they don’t charge money themselves, most websites you get transferred to (such as rooming.nl) DO charge you lots of money for being able to respond. Websites like this where only scams happen should be deleted

Emails are fake ! No one ever answers the phone !
On their website the German phone number is wrong ! Some company picks up the phone...

How can one get in touch with them?

All listing are "click bait". They only want to charge credit cards and steal small fees as money for nothing.
They are happy just to get your credit card details and sell YOUR data down the road.

All the promises of this company are lies - always avoid it.

They never verify the properties even if they have the verified watermark (actually if you carefully read the fine print they themselves admit it). They do not verify or hold themselves responsible to information provided by the landlords etc. Nestpick is basically just Craigslist that lets you pay for contacting other people.

Moreover if you will look at some of their 5star Facebook reviews you will see that they are from their own employees which is seriously low.

None of their telephone lines work! One of them, the UK line, went to some random bloke who didn't have a clue what I was talking about and barely spoke English and no one EVER responds to emails!!!

Tout d'abord un faux professionnalisme vite expédié. J'en ai eu 4 différents. A chaque fois que je réservais il y avait un problème différent, le conseiller me disait que le propriétaire était d'accord je payais puis quelques temps après ils annulaient puis il fallait recommencer. Il y en a un qui n'arrêtait pas de m'envoyer comme suggestion des appartements pas disponibles à mes dates, il faut le faire quand même. Quant à la dernière je l'ai entendu une fois puis rien ensuite. Je ne conseillerais pas ce " truc" à qui que ce soit rien à voir avec airbnb avec lequel on fait par erreur le rapprochement

If you are looking for a honest company that cares about their service then look for another website. If for some reason you decide to request a booking and you have made a mistake with the booking, they have a nice and sneaky way of taking 50% of a service fee by literally doing no work at all. Other websites give options to book and you may send a request without charging you a fee regardless if you change your mind or not.

Dishonest website. There are better websites that don't charge a large amount of money to simply request a property.

There are other reviews which seem positive. However, that is because those customers didn't have to change their booking request. In life people have to make tough decisions and changes. A honest company wouldn't charge you because a change in plans. If you do have a change of plans, be prepared to have to lose several hundreds.

The service sucks and their customer service is the worse.
