Very apologetic about the mistake which wasn’t there fault although maybe some quality control over stock issues could be implemented (to which I could help with) and quite slow on the replacement paint.
But all the staff were very polite and the issue has now been resolved

First on line experience was made easy by you sending information about delivery times etc. and DPD were excellent keeping us informed of delivery times etc.

We visited the York store and were helped by a gentleman who I chatted to about my old mini (I think his was the newer one in the car park) and he answered lots & lots of questions that we had about the flooring, and also the modular Chawton range of furniture.

Went out of his way (supported by his colleagues too) to get samples, recommend a floor fitter that they use in store & for their own properties, give details that weren't immediately obvious.

What I loved was there was no hard sell, no "buy it today and we will give you x% off but make your decision now" (although the furniture isn't cheap so a few percent off would be great). We just got quiet, helpful, calm, knowledgeable competence.

The Neptune Home Design service was excellent from start to finish. Leila could not have been more accommodating, she came up with a timeless and stylish collection for me which we tweaked together and resulted in a fabulous home makeover. All communication was on point and the delivery team were exemplary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neptune and in particular Leila. She clearly loves what she does and I felt confident with her ability to deliver a great design, thank you!

Bringing my Kitchen up to Date:

Painting my kitchen was a big project because I wanted to paint the units as well as the walls etc so I was looking round Neptune York for inspiration when I got into conversation with Bryony. I sent her photos and she suggesting a colour scheme with which I am delighted. She could not have been more helpful or supportive.

I had a query at the York Neptune store regarding my recharging lamps. I received great service and replacement chargers two days later. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was great, friendly and professional. Delighted customer.

Stunning Store and the staff incredibly helpful, especially Michael.
He helped us choose our lovely new rug and helpful with advise on other products.

I’ve shopped there several times now and usually the staff are ok. Not tremendously friendly considering what things cost, but ok. However, called there last week (Monday) and they were shockingly rude/disinterested. Great shame really. Not sure I’ll bother again.
