As usual, great produce and service

Very helpful and friendly staff. I couldn’t purchase at the time in store but when I called a couple of weeks later to order over the phone the lady remembered me.

The driver was really accommodating as I was out when he arrived and kindly waited for my return 40 mins later.
On a general point though it would be much better to give a better idea of your drivers arrival not just 30 mins notice.

I took delivery of a chest of draws a few weeks ago. I have been trying not to mind but, I am becoming I very unhappy with the draw closing mechanism of the top draw. It does not run smoothly on the runner to close and has to be pushed when it should glide at the first touch. I have decided not to accept this. The cost of the draw set was over £700 & the quality is not good enough I am getting in touch with York Neptune store where I purchased it tomorrow.

Neptune are a lovely company to deal with. From the people working in the showroom to the delivery men you are always made to feel that your purchase is important to them. They kept me informed about my delivery every step of the way and the delivery of our beautiful new bed went without a hitch.

I have always loved Neptune so when we started renovating our barn it was our first stop.
Although I had lots of ideas of how I wanted it to look, it felt overwhelming with all the decisions that needed to be made to get the look I wanted.
Within the first 30mins of our initial consultation with our designer Hayley, I felt such relief, she totally got the look I was aiming for and how we could achieve it.
It felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders knowing that she was there, her advice was invaluable and she always made me feel that nothing was to much trouble.
I could not recommend Hayley and the team at Neptune highly enough

The quality of the design and craftsmanship is stunning and we are delighted with our fabulous new kitchen! The whole journey from the initial consultation meeting through to the design process and installation has been first class! The project was managed in a professional and friendly manner with regular communication and expert advice at every step of the way. Thank you Neptune - you didn't disappoint!

Service from placing order in York store to delivery, excellent!

Our experience with the York Neptune team has been extremely positive from initial design through to installation and completion. We were unfortunately not able to be on site during the installation, but the team went out of their way to keep us up to date. The completed Chichester kitchen with Tamworth terracotta brick flooring looks great and exactly what we envisaged for our Georgian property.

Had a slight issue regarding sizing of the Suffolk coat rack but was dealt with professionally and quickly. Excellent communication regards delivery times and very happy with the item. Would shop at Neptune again. Even gave my granddaughter (who is 1) her own little Neptune bag, great touch
