Absolutely love my new Neptune kitchen. The process was really smooth and the fitters were exceptional- everyone really cared about the end result. John (in charge of the fitting) gave excellent customer care and was really communitive.
The store is also gorgeous (I would live there if I could)

Had our Borough oak dinning chairs delivered by Alfi and Josh, very courteous and helpful. Extremely pleased with their delivery service and on time. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

We have had the best experience with York Neptune for our kitchen , utility and boot room / toilet design . Everything Laura designed was perfect she’s created such a beautiful home for us . The best thing was it was stress free and having used Neptune before we were reassured with the quality we are getting . We would thoroughly recommend Neptune .

We were pleased with the furniture, there is no question about the quality.
Unfortunately the delay in delivery by 4 weeks was very disappointing, I feel Neptune should have offered to refund the delivery charge of £60 as a good will gesture but they didn’t.
This will definitely influence our decision to choose Neptune in the future.

I only took delivery of a vanity unit from Craig and Lee and both lads were very helpful and pleasant. Credit to them both for a hassle free delivery.

Delivery came early, From the shop staff to the delivery lads all very easy and polite people WILL use these again 110% rating !!!

From the moment my family walked into Neptune on the A64 York, we were 'wowed'!

Supposedly going in for some kitchen 'ideas' we came out booked for an appointment with Hayley, one of the designers.

Excited we returned to be handed a beautiful bound folder with colour illustrations of our new Henley oak kitchen, Bidbury and Co taps in patinated brass and Neff appliances.

Our home is an end Victorian terrace, high ceilings and with awkward areas that needed 'accommodating '.. Let's not mention the difficult access...

Hayley was about to start maternity leave, with seamless transition we met Laura for continuation of the project set to start in June 2025.

Our home had site visits from John, our project manager, he was a superstar, with precision and full explanation for every part, his eye for detail on Hayleys plans made sure everything was going to pull together.

Then we met Adam. Local fitter to us and a complete magician with competence and sheer hard work he made the kitchen 'happen'.

He travels far and wide fitting Neptune kitchens, a gentleman at all times who put us at complete ease over the weeks he worked in our home, long hours and always leaving his work space emaculate.

Steve travelled up on a day that suited us, having done a three hour journey, he commenced re painting every unit, the high standard of his workmanship matched Adam, meticulous eye for detail and finish, both of them a credit to Neptune.

Our units are painted in Driftwood, they are stunning.

John and Laura returned to sign off the project on the 1st August 2025.

THANK YOU to all of you involved in our wonderful kitchen, also open planned dining room with matching oak units that compliment the kitchen perfectly.

From first walking through the door to completion, this company, more importantly their honest, hard working team, have made our kitchen and dining room look simply award winning; a humble home now a 'stand out', with huge thanks to every single person who always helped us.... THANK YOU!

Purchased a large mirror that arrived via a courier delivery service, smashed. Complained and received a replacement mirror via Neptunes own van/drivers. Customer service was good and Neptune delivery drivers Andre and Liam couldn’t be more helpful. Well done for changing a negative experience into a positive one. I hope Neptune cut out the couriers and use their own delivery service in future.

A most pleasant atmosphere as you enter the store. The staff are friendly. Overall a feel good feeling

Great communication when delivering. The two men who delivered called Anore and Liam were really helpful and friendly. They checked the table before they left and made sure we were ok with where they placed it.

Mitlai & Ninel delivered a bed for me today. They were both very polite and professional. Excellent service. Thank you

We have had our new Henley kitchen delivered today!
Andre, Peter and Liam drove up from Swindonvto North Yorkshire and arrived within the allotted time' despite a difficult 4.5 hour drive.
They were cheerful, polite and soon managed to unload 2 full vanloads with ease.
They ensured we could work round the delivery, laying a large floor sheet to protect our wood floor.

Thank you guys for a job very well done. We hope your journey back went well.

I went to the store to enquire about an umbrella, they didn't have one in stock but would order one for me, they said it would arrive on the following Monday. They notified me on the Monday it had arrived, went to collect it and found it to be excellent, really happy about my purchase and the service! Would recommend this branch

Kyle and Dan, the Neptune drivers, kept us regularly informed about our delivery. They were friendly and helpful.

Our previous experience with Neptune
(the delivery office staff, not the drivers) would have got minus stars if we had written a review. However, the manager in the York shop (five stars!) who sorted out the problem (caused by the delivery office staff) meant that we gave Neptune another chance….
Glad we did.
