Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Great interior design service by Lucy and Julia at Neptune Winchester. Many thanks for your commitment to a large project. A small number of pieces had to be returned because of minor problems but great quality overall. Be prepared to wait for your sofas and tables. Generally very good company and would recommend.

Unparalleled customer experience
The most wonderful teams at every turn. We’ve now had our kitchen remodelled with Neptune as well as had lots of large furniture deliveries as the quality is next level. Everyone we have encountered (including the delivery people!) have always gone above and beyond to be of excellent service!

Contemporary yet ageless style
Whilst the effects of the pandemic has meant that it's been a long wait for some items to arrive, I've been incredibly impressed with Neptune's design service. A long, thin sitting room has been transformed into a warm, cosy, zoned room that I retreat to and show off with pride! The team 'dressed' the room, giving me ideas about which of our own items I could bring into use.
Added to that. I was able to over-order paint with confidence as the return offer works smoothly and simply. And, unusually for some designer paints, the painters were impressed with the coverage.
I've recommended the design service to my daughter who is embarking on renovating an Edwardian house. I would recommend it to readers of this post too!

We were given very good advice at the…
We were given very good advice at the end of a busy Sunday. Our order came more quickly than expected and was delivered by courteous men. I was given regular up-dates about the delivery time which helped me plan my day. I will return in the future for other things I am sure.

Hidden gem in a beautiful location.
I had never visited a physical Neptune store before. On a camping trip to the site next door I stumbled across this one. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I had my 6 year old daughter with me and she was made very welcome ,unlike some other interiors stores we’ve been to. Great selection of products and even arranged delivery for items that were awaiting stock to my home >100 miles away by courier. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the Neptune products speaks for itself but this store is a credit to the brand. I’ll definitely be back but phoning through my orders in the meantime to this team of lovely people. If they had a coffee shop I’d have been there all weekend!

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Brought a peg rail for a holiday let in Cornwall. I was asked which delivery date I would like from a number of choices, was updated on a delivery time on the day and it was delivered within the time slot perfectly by a helpful and courteous driver. Perfect!

Great product but poor logistics
Product itself was great but the delivery logistics were a significant issue and caused stress. The delivery driver could not have been more polite and apologetic. Due to certain issues he was working by himself so that meant I had to help carry up a heavy and bulky item (sofa) up two floors of stairs. It was important to us that the product was delivered on the day promised and so there was no choice but to help carry it up. I would expect a company as good (and expensive) as Neptune not to have these sorts of issues and to have planned suitably in advance to stop this from occurring.

I ordered a Coffee Table on line, not being able to see it due to lockdown was unsure if it was going to be what I wanted. I should not have worried it was absolutely stunning, so much so I then ordered the matching small corner table.

Excellent product and service
Excellent service throughout the process. Every person we dealt with was very helpful and professional. Our furniture arrived in three separate deliveries and each one was within the timeframe set out at the ordering stage, despite the pandemic and Brexit!
The delivery team was different each time and they all deserve a special mention for their efficiency whilst taking the utmost care and attention to installing the furniture and taking the packaging away.
We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase.
