Neptune - Winchester Anmeldelser 

Started online chat as needed replacement chair leg rubbers for old style Boscombe chair.
Photos & sizes given & lady was very helpful.
2 hours later another lady called to say she had taken over my details & had remembered the chair as she had worked for Neptune for 8 years. Took payment for 24 rubber feet :)

However, next day 24 Boscombe TABLE leg rubbers arrived?? Called to complain, I had to send more photos & measurements to young gentleman who apologised.
Same lady called back, did NOT apologise but said she thought the table rubbers would fit, (why would I want rubbers for 6 tables??)even though I sent a photo of an existing rubber on a tape measure? Clearly ignored photo?

Next day courier collected £6 worth of table leg rubbers!
Following day the correct chair leg rubbers arrived by courier :) very pleased as all fit great & my 2011 Boscombe & chairs are back to looking good & not scratching the patio!

Hence the 4 stars…

High quality product, excellent service and delivery

we are absolutely thrilled with our Olivia sofas in Kingfisher, a beautiful soft but vibrant smokey blue; they are for life!
The service was all round excellent; considerate, constructive and pleasant down to the efficient home delivery. Sofa was ordered in Jan and arrived in May, a little before it was due in a very handy tailored dust cover. The second was a lucky find. We hadn't decided whether to match sofas but as the above looked so inviting and and splendid we didn't hesitate when we spotted an identical but next size down version from Neptune's outlet site i.e an ex display 'B' quality sofa, as this was the size we needed. If it wasn't right the service allows you to send it back on the same van, which helped the decision, but it's great. Not absolutely perfect but absolutely worth it given the discount available; it just looks as the other will in time and it arrived three days after ordering. A wow from us!
My one comment is that the Kingfisher colour is not represented accurately on the site- it is much more a Gainsborough blue (what we wanted anyway) so a swatch is a must for those ordering remotely.

I ordered a floor lamp which was faulty when it arrived.. The Neptune staff were so helpful and so pleasant and have arranged for a replacement and are collecting the faulty one. Lovely products . Stores so nicely presented and staff are always so helpful.

All very good from order to delivery and communication in between.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Neptune. The customer service is outstanding and the quality of the furniture is very good and blends well in both a contemporary and traditional setting. The pieces are put together on site as part of the delivery service which is a nice touch. Emily Whitehead

excellent service from design to delivery thank you

Neptune recently remodelled our Living Room and completely changed the atmosphere into something much more modern and relaxing. It’s a very efficient blue chip service and we were delighted with the results. They really understood our brief and certainly excelled in its delivery.

Awful customer service. Spent approx 20k on seats and dinning table with extras. Had to chase missing items over 6months and very rarely did anybody respond to emails. It’s a shame because the products are very nice. Purchased from Winchester store. Would put me off any major future purchases from Neptune.

12 months after the initial Kitchen design visit from Neptune, Winchester, and 6 months after the kitchen was installed, the paint finish is still unacceptable. The kitchen was installed in September 2021, the paint started to flake off immediately, this was touched up in October, flaked off again straight away. The colour is smoke, but the base colour of all Neptune units is Snow, which is what we can see coming through as the paint chips away. After chasing Winchester through November, December and January, a full repaint of the smoke units was undertaken at the end of January, this has not adhered and the paint is chipping off again. HO have now taken over this problem, but from agreeing on 17 February 2022 that another full repaint is required by their experts, we heard yesterday, 17 March that the earliest HO can do a site inspection is 19 April, nearly 7 months after the kitchen was fitted. I cannot tell you how many hours we have spent chasing by email, WhatsApp and telephone calls. The customer service is shocking, no wonder they take payment up front!

The purchase of the rug came after a poor design service. It was the only item we bought in the end. The wait time.was long. I rearranged the delivery and was told I would receive a text confirming a time and no text was received. Thankfully someone was in. For the price and the reputation of Neptune we have found the service quite underwhelming. I certainly wouldn't recommend the design service and I would hesitate to recommend the shopping experience. Doesn't matter how good the products are if the customer experience doesn't match expectations.

The quality of the furniture is great, looks stylish and will last a lifetime. We have 5 pieces from the Chichester range. The delivery guys are fantastic, super polite friendly and respectful. A massive thank you to them for all their efforts.

Really satisfied with two lounge chairs purchased at the Winchester store. Initially thought a long lead time but arrived slightly earlier than expected. Guys delivered very efficient and polite and the furniture is Great quality!

I went to purchase a Browning lantern prior to Christmas but unfortunately the size I required was out of stock. Immediately I was invited to order one and told when to expect it’s delivery. As ever, I was telephoned as soon as it was available in January. The item was inspected before it was handed over to ensure it was in perfect condition. The staff in Winchester are just lovely, without exception and it is always a pleasure to shop there, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they give excellent service at all times. A huge ‘thank you’ to you all. I would recommend Neptune to anyone not only for the quality of everything they stock, but also for the wonderful service they provide.

Excellent service as ever. Bar stools delivered on time, unpacked, packaging taken away. If only all companies were as good as this.

Delivery of new bed, old bed needed dismantling and moving to another room to be re-assembled and new bed assembled. Josh and Andy were fantastic.

Dean and Reece recently delivered new dining room table and were brilliant taking my old table out to garage and assembling new one.

All the guys were very polite and helpful.
