I recently paid a visit to Neptune in Weybridge with the intention of acquiring a vase and a selection of their high-quality artificial flowers. Admittedly, my eye for such matters is not the sharpest, but I was fortunate to receive assistance from Georgia in-store. I must commend the exemplary service she provided. Her help in selecting both a vase and flowers was truly exceptional. With a discerning eye for detail and an impressive knowledge of the products, she quickly identified options that perfectly suited my needs. Georgia's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. She demonstrated a remarkable understanding of both aesthetics and functionality, which made it easy for me. Such outstanding service deserves recognition, thank-you. I went back in two days later for a second!

Excellent service from Tracey at Neptune in Weybridge. Bought 4 lovely barstools and Tracey took it upon herself to have them delivered to the store so that we could pick them up before Christmas, rather than waiting for Neptune to deliver in January. Lovely store with a good personalised service.

Fantastic help and support from Fiona the Home Designer at the Weybridge store. I've ordered several furniture items and have been very happy with the service from all the team and the products. Most recently Fiona has guided me through choosing curtains and blinds for 3 rooms. Her expert help and support was invaluable, plus several phone calls and emails to ensure that I was totally happy with the final choices. I am delighted with the end result! Thanks so much!

We recently bought our second kitchen from Neptune in Weybridge and we love it. Having installed a Neptune kitchen a few years ago (again from Neptune, Weybridge), when it came to our new home in Cornwall it was a no-brainer - we had to get another! This was because nothing matches up to not only the quality of the units, but also the customer service and design skills of Paul and his team in Weybride. So, we were so happy when Neptune said they could deliver and install in Cornwall.
Highly recommend both the Neptune kitchens and the Weybridge store.

My husband and I searched around for a new kitchen for 2 years! We landed on Neptune and WOW we are so pleased with our choice as our kitchen is beautiful and we love it. We went for a Suffolk kitchen with an island and marble top. From meeting Chris in the Weybridge branch we knew this would be a smooth, professional experience and we were right. The units are very good quality and it all compliments my old house beautifully. Highly recommend.

It was really lovely to meet Fiona for the Mood-board Workshop. Looking at material samples, paint samples, and hardware gave me the opportunity to pull together ideas for my future bedroom, and with Fiona's help presenting them in a beautiful way.

Excellent delivery

We recently had our kitchen refitted and I was very impressed with the professionalism and service from everyone at Neptune in Weybridge, but in particular Nicole. The cabinets themselves are beautifully made and were installed with great attention to detail. Delighted with my new kitchen, it's truly beautiful!

I have Just had my kitchen redone by Neptune and it has been a fantastic experience. The staff involved at every stage have been kind, considerate and helpful. The work done in a timely manner and to the highest standard. Darren the Project Manager and Fitter and his whole team have been amazing. I highly recommend this company.

This is the third Neptune kitchen I have bought and I keep returning because the quality is unbeatable!
The staff at Weybridge couldn't have been more helpful, from the beginning of the process to continuing after it has been installed. I couldn't recommend more highly, if you want a beautiful new kitchen and any Neptune cabinets.

Editing this review in May 2025 to say that once my kitchen was finished it is fantastic and I do love it. It took a little work getting there but worth it in the end and I would probably still go back to Neptune if I wanted another! Chris Budgen was a real help in getting things sorted! In the process of having a kitchen fitted by Neptune. This is my 2nd kitchen from them. First was fine. This experience has been terrible. 7 weeks with no kitchen, still not finished, numerous design errors and problems and no-one seems willing to sort this. Seems that unless I am chasing them and following up (which is hard to do when at work) that nothing gets done. I no longer feel able to recommend them as I would have at one stage

I now have my dream kitchen. After many visits to the store in Weybridge where I met Paul, I chose the Suffolk kitchen. We are so happy with the quality and the design. I cannot express how patient and helpful Paul has been with everything , even problems that arose with the building work. Paul was always at the end of the phone to help resolve any issues and offer advice he walked me through so many decisions and has over the time spent hours with me . So very grateful for his time and patience.I cannot fault anything about the kitchen it is everything I have always wanted. So much so we have had the utility room installed by neptune and are also having the bootroom, pantry and office installed by neptune , all designed by Paul . A big thank you to the fitters, Darren and Jake who have been meticulous in the installation and very hardworking.
I feel so grateful to have had such a wonderful team, headed by Paul and the investment has been worth it.

This is our first full timber, handpainted kitchen. We love it. And dealing with Bronwen from the Weybridge showroom was a delight. She designed a gorgeous kitchen.

Tracey at Neptune Weybridge went above and beyond and not only provided friendly, efficient service, but also delivered the paint to my door. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for making this purchase such a breeze

I had a fantastic experience today at Neptune in Weybridge.
After walking into the showroom this week wanting advice on how to display artificial flowers with my own vase, Josh Grimwood gave me the opportunity to come in store with a few stems of my own to see how we could mix and match with what was on offer in store.
He suggested taking a few photos of the space I had at home and how we could create a beautiful arrangement together.
He was incredibly understanding, took time with the structure, agreed between us on what colours I liked mixed with greenery they could offer.
We came up with an amazing result, which I’m truly genuinely happy with.
I would highly recommend Neptune and Weybridge.
Thank you, I now have a centrepiece in my home.
