Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

Shocking customer service
For a company that keep saying they pride them self on customer service it is truly shocking, you pay upfront for item that you have to wait weeks longer than was stated, you make several calls emails with no communication on why! No apologies. I know there are issues at the moment but it is how you handle them and not make the customer do all the work! Will think again before purchasing!

Very happy with the service and thrilled when Emma said it was possible to reduce the height of the four poster so therefore could order it. The men who delivered the bed were delightful and assembled it in no time.

I found all aspects of the service…
I found all aspects of the service excellent. The initial offer of a virtual viewing of my lamp was helpful, both to be able to see the real thing and to talk to a person about colours etc. Everything happened smoothly from there on. My only small complaint was the length of delivery time. Could this be made shorter perhaps? It was a long wait but worth it in the end.
