Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

A extremely high level of service
After not getting a good connection on the website I sent a message to be contacted immediately and told a store would contact me ….the service I got from that store was extremely impressive and this is coming from a retired buyer of Harrods and Sacks in New York. Well done Neptune

Absolutely exceptional customer service…
Absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish in your Fulham store from Rachel and Daniela. I’d had to return a stone lantern that had some cracked glass. Both these team members were wonderfully helpful kind and attentive !

The staff are always happy to help and advice. Love the shop and would love to be locked in. Every time I work in the fulham area I always pop in and come away with something. Love the Neptune bags too!!! Very stylish and elegant.

If 0 stars was an option, this outfit would thoroughly deserve it. We ordered a TV cabinet with the white glove service. Firstly, the delivery driver refused to carry it into the house, secondly when he eventually did he managed to scratch all the walls along the way of our freshly renovated house. Then he refused to take it out of the box or assemble it. Shocking service - would never order anything from this company again. It’s expensive and terrible service throughout the whole journey!

Such a lovely team and experience
I was trying to find a selection of props to dress my sitting room and new Neptune coffee table and the ladies at Neptune were so helpful and tried out different ideas with me! I ended up buying a lot then and even came back later to buy more! They were very kind and made sure I had a great shopping experience!

Excellent quality kitchens and superb paint.
We’ve just recently augmented our 15 year old kitchen with additional units and painted the originals.

Beautiful quality and lovely service
Beautiful showroom, lovely customer service and the table we ordered is divine - so well made, even the inner workings for the extendable leaves are nice to look at! For something special for the home you can’t beat it.

Great products
Great products. Great service. Had a couple of pieces delivered to a very difficult to access cottage in Devon. The delivery crew were amazing and so very helpful. We have had such a great experience that we look forward to buying some more furniture soon.

Neptune is the most beautiful furniture company. Not only is the furniture fantastically well made, but the customer service is amazing (many thanks to Kristy at the Fulham branch!). This is the second time we've placed a big order from them, following a severe flood, and pretty much re-ordered everything we had before as it was just so classy and timeless.

Excellent quality product
Excellent quality product, well designed and well manufactured. Good instructions and spare screws - a thoughtful touch. Not inexpensive compared with similar products but definitely good value for the money.
The staff at Fulham were knowledgeable helpful and friendly, and delivery communications clear and accurate.
