Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

We have been shopping in Neptune…
We have been shopping in Neptune Colchester for years and we absolutely adore the products and customer service we receive
The ladies who work there are amazing and have helped us do much design the way we want our beautiful home to look , nothing is ever to much trouble for each and every member of staff.
The furniture and accessories are timeless and of excellent quality .
We have now purchased a new home and although all our Neptune furniture has come with us , there is now a excuse to purchase some new additions from this amazing brand

Great products good service. BUT why do I have to drive 25 miles to receive my refund in person when you take a £7000.00 order by telephone. You really should rethink this.

It's lovely to hear that you had good service but sad to hear about your refund for the 10% extra sale offer didn't have the same experience. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and it is something that Neptune are working on. We changed to a new provider and are just awaiting for the change over to do refunds without the need to visit the store. Debbie was fantastic from start to finish. She offered lots of design options and really listened to our feedback to create the perfect look. The design is fantastic and all the items are of high quality. Neptune were available when we had any questions and the communication was great with really fast response time. I would highly recommend.

Great service from store. Although my matching chair took a long time to come, once it was available store gave me 2 delivery dates/time one if which was acceptable. Delivery guys very professional.

Great Customer Service
Staff at the store were approachable, friendly and helpful. The item I wanted wasn’t available in that store so an item search was carried out and found at a different location. There was an issue with the delivery so they refunded the delivery charge and made arrangements for the item to be collected by a staff member at their next staff meeting. They went over and beyond to help and kept me informed every step of the way.

We always buy our paints from Neptune
We always buy our paints from Neptune. The quality of the paint is great, the colours are rich and I love the way they have grouped them into palettes which makes it easier to pair. The staff are always very professional and helpful. Their colour suggestions work very well.
I highly recommend our Colchester branch.
