Professional, knowledgable, friendly and motivated.
Charlie and Angus sold the property we bought and we met them a few times at pre-sale inspections. They were always very professional, including being dressed for the part. We mainly interacted with Charlie, who had answers to our questions and if he didn't, he always sourced them promptly. Both chaps were warm and respectful in person and this also describes Charlie's written communication with us. Charlie also worked quickly to move the sale along and his motivation got us over a few last minute hurdles.

We felt really comfortable in all our interactions with Mereoni. It was clear she was representing the best interests of the owner but she was as honest and open where she could be with buyers which we appreciated. We also observed her empathy and genuine kindness to others who missed out on the property. We would definitely look to use her as our agent if were to sell in the future.

Charlie is very professional, knows the property market and provided sound advice on preparing our property for sale. Charlie assisted us with preparing our property for sale by coordinating and guiding the activities. The sale campaign was extremely well executed, and the Nelson Alexander team have been professional and a pleasure to deal with. On the day of the sale Charlie and the team were well prepared, measured, calm and achieved a fantastic outcome.

The whole experience was very good. We were given good advice about presenting our property for sale and pricing it. Throughout the campaign we were kept informed about viewings of the property and our agents showed a large number of people through for private viewings. By the day of the auction there was strong interest in our property and we achieved an excellent outcome.

It's always the dream scenario to get a recommendation from a friend, and our agent Rob was recommended to us by FOUR different couples we know who have sold their homes with him! Selling a house is really stressful and emotional, and Rob is a calm presence who knows what he is doing and was always on hand to answer questions and keep us fully updated on how the campaign was going. He could also see how much we love our home and the community of neighbours, and was able to somehow convey this to everyone who came through, creating that connection for them. He always made sure music was playing during our open for inspections, which I have not often seen and it makes a huge difference in adding to that buyer connection. We are thrilled with the sales result, and very happy to be handing over our home to a lovely couple, who love it as much as we do.

As first home buyers, you just don’t know where to look and what to believe. Our experience with Rob was very different to a lot of other agents we met along the way. He was genuine, honest and really upfront and open with us every time we came to him with our questions and queries. We are wrapped to be moving in and know we will be coming back to Rob when we eventually go to sell.
