Danger! The parking timer still runs (Spinningfields car park) while you are completing payment, so you may be charged extra if you go over a threshold during the checkout

The payment machines should NOTIFY customers that there are no receipts
The payment machines on display SHOULD dispense receipts!! There's no need wasting time calling or emailing NCP to obtain receipts. Those who need receipts must be able to print same as other providers of service have done.

This was a very mixed experience which took 3 months to sort out. Customer Services were very helpful and had, I thought,solved the problem almost immediately. However there was clearly a glitch in the system because I was pursued 3 times by NCP for a debt I didn’t owe and which their customer services team had acknowledged twice in writing that I didn’t owe. Finally NCP sent the non existent debt to a debt recovery agency and I again had to write a detailed rebuttal of this ‘debt’ for £2.50 which had been paid and by now had risen apparently to £170. Fortunately I had a complete audit trail. I hope this is over now but will wait and see. However please note that once you can get through to them the customer services team were excellent and must be tearing their hair out that their helpful responses are being completely ignored while NCP collapses around them

Excellent customer service. I made an error when entering my vehicle registration and contacted NCP for assistance. The matter was dealt with quickly, professionally and very fairly, with the correct registration added to the exemption list as a gesture of goodwill.
The response was prompt, clear and extremely helpful, and the issue was resolved without any unnecessary fuss. Really appreciated the understanding and excellent service. Thank you Jenna. You’re amazing.
