Dopo diverse ricerche sul web per il nostro viaggio a Napoli, abbiamo trovato il transfer perfetto. Naples Airport Transfers è sicura, affidabile e confortevole. Un servizio davvero top, che consiglierò sicuramente ad amici e parenti!

Ottima esperienza, siamo tornati ieri dalla Costiera Amalfitana e abbiamo utilizzato questa compagnia suggerita da un amico. Ottimo servizio, auto nuova e pulita, l’autista molto gentile ci ha fatto da guida.

Utter shambles. If you want a reliable service please look elsewhere!
Booked transport from our hotel to Naples Airport that was meant to arrive yesterday at 9am (booked and confirmed by the company in August) for a 12:35 flight to Gatwick. Opted to pay in advance (mistake).
By 9:15, no sign of any driver, and no communication that he was on his way, so we had to find a taxi quickly as we were anxious we'd miss our flight. Thankfully the agency office looking after our accommodation was across the road and they kindly and swiftly booked another taxi for us which arrived quickly and we were on our way.
Cue the abusive Whatsapp messages informing that the driver is sat waiting for us (unless he was driving a bright yellow Fiat Punto there were no other cars around), "Where are you?!", "call driver urgently", and others that I won't mention. Luckily the other taxi driver got us there on time.
Final nail in the coffin.....they still had the CHEEK TO TAKE PAYMENT FROM ME!!! despite no driver arriving!! Beyond angry. Please do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. Their customer service and attitude is appalling and quite shocking. Anna in particular was very rude and argumentative. Got the whatsapp's for anyone interested.

This company might be cheaper but spend the extra 10% and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service (if you see Roberto D’Angelo or RLS - run) they are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Especially with kids or flight/train bookings involved, not worth the hassle. They were 45 minutes late to pick us up at the train station, when I tried to confirm a pick up time to ensure we didn’t miss our flight, Roberto got rude and aggressive. Lied about our drop off, had booked two drop offs, 5 mins apart - got told they were 25 minutes apart. Not sure where that came from. Have plenty of text messages of the aggressive correspondence which I am happy to share if needed.

Terrible experience, do not use this company. Spent 2 hours driving around Naples with a bad driver who could not find my Hotel so dumped me at the end of a road. Was forced to pay for my return, but it does say that in their smallprint. Contacted them once to confirm they could find the hotel and then to change the time of my return as my check in time had changed and I need an earlier taxi. Was told no only at original time so requested a refund. I have never been spoken to so rudely and sworn at by the Service Manager. Awful experience when on my own in a strange city. Apparently their terms are no refunds.

They charged me 90 Euros for a return, 45 each way and obviously they could not do the return. I had to pay for another taxi back to the airport and paid 21 Euros. Apart from being unprofessional and rude they are doubling what the actual fare should be!!!

I sent in a quote for multiple transfers and I had a email back from a Anna saying I should do it my self on the main website I sent a email back saying I wasn’t fitness a price on one transfer and she replied saying Our system is made for educated and intelligent people.so you can see already to keep clear of this company they lost out a multiple transfers I was going to book

Seamless service.
Booked our transfer (pretty last minute [about 24hours before]) from Sorrento to Naples airport and was very pleased with the service. I received a confirmation email shortly after booking, a contact number was available to be used in case of any issues. The car was luxurious, driver was at the pickup spot slightly early which was good for us trying to manoeuvre the Naples rush hour. Door to door with no issues - would use again.

Do not use their service. There is no way to get a hold of them if you have a cancellation or delay. They have an email form but they will deny receiving your email. They do not answer their number on your confirmation or on their website so they will just claim you didn’t contact them. We sent pictures of our phone history showing us calling both numbers repeatedly and I had taken pictures of our emails but they don’t actually give out their real email just a no reply so that they can claim you didn’t contact them. I filled out two forms as soon as we found out our flight was cancelled but they deny it. They are pretty sneaky.
If you find yourself in our situation we are so sorry and completely sympathize. It is horrible to be taken advantage of.

The Stuff at Naples Airport has been an absolute revelation to me! 2 weeks ago I was on transit at Naples Airport and only once back to London, I did realize that I had lost a small box with high value jewelry inclusive of gold and silver. I was distressed and heartbroken, that jewelry holds memories and great value to me.As per my colleague suggestion Matt P. I did try to call the Airport in Naples Lost & Found division to check if, by any chance they would have found my precious box. After sharing all the details with a very helpful member of stuff, they actually called me back within half an hour, to confirm that my lost property had been found by the Security Check team ! Their constant support was amazing, they kept calling me over the weekend, to reassure me that once the Lost and Found office would have reopened on Monday, they would have got back to me with directions on delivery. And they did! Fast response and efficient delivery organised via DHL! I am so happy and forever grateful to the Team at the Security Office that actually rescued my beloved items : thank you Carmine , Stefano , Vincenzo for your honesty and kindness. Viva Napoli greatest city in the world worthy of its people, generous and with a great heart..Grazie Mille.
