Really well coordinated and responsive replies to enquiries from the outset.
On the ground, every transfer arrangement reconfirmed with local contacts the day prior and everything worked well. Not the cheapest way of getting from place to place but definitely gave us peace of mind and ease of transportation so worth it.

We travelled to Italy for the first time in May 2026 and we didn’t want to use the train.
I looked online for private transfers across various sites and decided to go with SorrentoReview. The booking process was simple and clear.
I honestly cannot fault the experience. We used them twice and on both occasions they were professional, friendly and helpful. We used them for transfers from Naples Airport to Sorrento and Sorrento to Naples. On both occasions we were kept updated via email and WhatsApp with clear communication. Our drivers - Christian and Nico, were very friendly, they gave us advice and helped with our luggage and dropped us at the entrance of our hotel. The cars were new and comfortable which made the journey relaxing. Most importantly we felt safe. The price was very reasonable for the service.

If I travel to Italy again then I would 100% use SorrentoReview again and I would highly recommend to friends, family and others!

I booked 2 x vans to take us from Naples to Sorrento.
Vehicles were of a very high standard and we were very impressed.
Travelling with young children and needing car seats is always challenging but all my requests were provided without hesitation. There was only a slight delay for one of the vans, but once arrived, our bags were all loaded and we were off.
Both drivers were very informative for our trip from Naples to Sorrento.
Would not hesitate to use this service again.

I highly recommend Sorrento Review! I booked several transfers with Sorrento Review to and from the Naples Airport, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast for 6 people. Dion was wonderful to work with for booking transfers and customizing our tours! He was very communicative and helpful. Each driver was incredibly kind, on-time, and accommodating. The cars were clean and we felt very safe during all of our journeys. I look forward to using Sorrento Review again in the future!

We took a private boat from Naples along the Sorrento coast and stopped in Positano for lunch. IT WAS THE BEST DAY EVER!!! Ross was an amazing captain and so informative and GREAT with kids!! He told us about every location along the way, we stopped for a few swims, it was the most incredible experience I could’ve ever imagined!!!

Saw some good reviews on this company however do not reccomend! quite a scary experience with a driver travelling at speeds as high as 160km/h in a 90 zone and 120 in a 30 zone!!! Driving on the wrong side of the road and a lot of swerving, driving in 2 lanes at once, dangerous tailgating and going on the phone whilst taking very dangerous corners! I specifically requested a van big enough for 8 people and 8 large suitcases yet we had to sit for a 2 hour drive with 4 of the suitcases on our laps. Awful experience.

Cafe Latino in Sorrento at the main pedestrian Street has a very cozy courtyard with lemon trees and colorful flowers. Fantastic clam chowder. Very fresh clams in a super delicious cream and garlic sauce Fresh bread. Fast and very friendly service. Absolutely Best restaurant visit during the week. Will come again

This company is completely trustworthy. We encountered a number of itinerary changes such as a death in the family and flight rescheduling. Sorrento Review was very accommodating and adjusted our transfer schedules accordingly. Great staff.

We stayed in sorrento in may we seen an English fish & chip restaurant . We went in and the food and the staff were fantastic we ended up going in there every night all week. You can sit in side or out . They are about 2 minutes from the main square and well worth a visit.

Fantastic tours (2 separate tours) of Capri and Amalfi coast. Wouldn’t recommend the recommended lunch at Capri (Lo Smeraldo) which is the sole reason why not 5 stars. Otherwise both are great tours if short for time.

Alfonso was our driver and he was amazing! He was kind and polite and told us all about the history as we drove through the Amalfi Coast. We had a wonderful time and would reccommend to everyone to use this agency. They were easy to book and easy to communicate with.
