Recruitment went fine.Improvement could help
Recruitment went fine—polite, friendly and helpful staff.
Firstly, I would suggest one improvement: Explain to employees coming from abroad the national work contract offered (Work Clause, Overtime, Sick Days and Annual Leaves) because the majority of workers are not familiar with them.
Secondly, another improvement I would like to suggest is in following up on employees recruited, such as: Duty of Care (Mental, Physical), administrations and health & safety on site.
Overall, a very good agency that I would recommend working with as an employee abroad, servicing private families

Best experience with Martina (Artemide)
I got my very last nanny position with Martina, from Artemide, and my experience has been probably the best with an agent.
She got in touch quickly after sending over my application and soon went over all the selection process.
Martina had a very gentle and kind approach and she was very professional at all times, from our very first conversation to nowadays.
Martina kept a great communication while discussing the job and working conditions with the employer and also afterwards, keeping frequently in touch during my contract.
Super super recommended agent. I am looking forward to working with her soon again.
