Please be aware of misleading reviews. As a market leader in our industry, we’ve unfortunately been targeted by a smear campaign on this platform, largely due to our decision not to pay Trustpilot for their services. We’ve chosen not to participate in their paid review programme, as we believe in letting genuine customer experiences speak for themselves – not in paying to prioritise or manage reviews. Sadly, this has left our profile open to abuse by competitors, and we believe some of the negative reviews may not be from real customers. We remain committed to transparency, product quality, and excellent service – and we always welcome feedback directly from verified customers through our website or email.

Email responded to after chasing - lab test certificate provided
Initially I had no response to my email, but then I received a response after chasing, and was sent a copy of the lab test certificate which I asked for. It is showing 99% purity of NMN.
However, there is no heavy metals test on that certificate, so I have asked for the certificate for the heavy metals lab test.
