Site purports to be a uk site but is actually Chinese (items shipped from Hong Kong). Ordered on 5th Dec and according to tracking received as of 19 Dec items have not left china.
Even if the items are great there’s a very real chance that they will not be here for Christmas now.
Would not use again.

Omg sent pics for globes £70 and they won't show a preview of the pics hope I can cancel after seeing all reviews

Great customer service. I needed a replacement and their communication was excellent, quick, friendly and gave me confidence in the company as I hadn’t ordered anything before and it had popped up on facebook. I did read their reviews before I ordered and they haven’t disappointed.

Packaging not great poor packaging not as not as nice as advertised cannot upload a photo it is the picture globe I purchased 2 for Xmas presents took 2 weeks to arrive strongly advise not to buy

Good quality item took bit longer than i thought. Only downside was Yodel who delivered item for them left it behind bins on ground and never said it was delivered so if they still use Yodel i would not be ordering from them. Item was outside in rain for 2 days.

Great item and looks really impressive once charged. Not a bad delivery time either. Would recommend!!

Bought a fridge magnet that played music , the picture i sent in was a professional taken on our wedding day . High grade picture . The box it came in was not the best but could live with it. However the magnet it self was terrible . The picture was 100 times brighter and you couldn't see me or my wife. Reported it to get told it was the best they could do and offered me £5 compensation

I ordered this product for a friend for Christmas. Her husband passed away 6 years ago & I saw this & thought how lovely it would be for her. I had a picture of them both placed on the front of the moon & always in my heart on the back. The item took just under 2weeks to arrive. I cried when I opened it- it’s perfect. I’d love one for myself. Thank You so much.

Delivered within specified time.
Love the fact you can put your favourite person on the item.
Great that the item can be charged.
I also loved that the packaging was the same image of my granddaughters favourite performer.
The music sounds great too, does not sound tinney or screechy at all.
The packaging, cable and the stand cost extra, slightly more than I would want to pay but it is a Christmas present- overall it looks awesome and I would purchase again.

ordered the customized guitar pics with spotify code. colors were dull and photo was blurry. the spotify code did not work. They did not want to offer a refund. Finally offered to replace. I paid for expedited shipping and it’s been a month and the replacement product has never arrived.
