Money taken, items didn't arrive, kept trying to delay shipping to surpass PayPal money back guarantee. Luckily, I raised a dispute in time. Seller's response was 'close the dispute and we'll send you the items'. Very dodgy, I'd avoid at all costs.

Useless. Took 3 weeks for my items to arrive despite paying for an express delivery.
When the items finally arrived. They were broken! Don’t waste your money. If they don’t respond to me soon with a full refund. I will be taking matters further.

Joke paid 30+ quid for a moon light the picture that is sent doesn't evan match what's came just looks like a white lump.on the thing asked for refund they said u can only have 2.95 back joke DO NOT ORDER FROM.HERE robbing basterds

Don’t buy from here if you want to personalise. Shockingly shit personalisation looks nothing like the photo sent and takes ages to arrive even though it says 7-10 business days it took way longer. Do not recommend

They sent a stained wallet. Communication problem. No possibility to return the product. They did not want to refund the entire amount for the product . They offer some ridiculous amount of a few pounds as compensation. I do not recommend. The product is not the same as in the pictures on their website.

I bought two of these moon globes for my daughters as they lost their mum in October 💔
They are well made & if you upload a photo, the likeness that is produced on the globe once lit is brilliant 👍

Ordered a moon lamp at beginning of December, was told 7-9 days delivery, paid £10 for postage to ensure it arrived before Christmas. 8 days later after receiving no confirmation email of my purchase, I am told in an automated response that my order is "in the production phase" and will be shipped in the next 48hrs" and then will arrive with me in the next 7-10 days after that. I have emailed twice with no response about a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT USE, there are plenty of better options out there!

The wallet I received was great quality and the printed image was beautiful. Unfortunately the text on the wallet was misspelled, accidentally by myself. I contacted customer service straight away and Sara could not have been more helpful. She was responding back and forth with me via email and was happy to help in anyway she could. I will now be receiving another wallet for a small cost to replace the first one. Couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received, especially at this time of year. I would definitely recommend.

Received Christmas photo bauble which I wanted to give as a gift. Nothing like expected or advertised. Too awful to give. Paid over £26 including postage…..
Complained including photos - offered £2.39 refund.

Do not buy from this company ordered my item on the 7th paid extra for priority delivery not arriving till 3rd of January but it says delivery within 7 to 10 days and it does not say from what I can see that the items will come from China if I knew it would take this long and it wasn't even coming from uk even though it says my photo wallet uk I would have purchased elsewhere false advertising need reporting for misleading buyers which I will be doing

Business gives the impression of being based in the UK but manufactures and sends from China. Paid for priority sending (5-7 days) a week ago and item has only just left Hong Kong today. Unlikely to be here in time for Christmas and would not have used them had I known they were not a UK business. Misleading business and would not recommend.

Ordered a photo on the 8th December - heard nothing since! No delivery email no refund email - nothing! Do NOT recommend!

I purchased a photo moon lamp for friends who sadly lost their cherished pet dog last year, I had his picture added to the moon lamp and it looked fantastic, I'm sure there will be tears when they open it Christmas day, fantastic product and great price

Site purports to be a uk site but is actually Chinese (items shipped from Hong Kong). Ordered on 5th Dec and according to tracking received as of 19 Dec items have not left china.
Even if the items are great there’s a very real chance that they will not be here for Christmas now.
Would not use again.
