Have spent over £100 on products over six weeks ago and they have not arrived!!! Tried both emails for Jarvis and company but no response. I've heard this company is going bust!

Love the new website!
My Green Pod has played a massive part in the ethical changes I have made as a person and us as a family. I feel safe shopping with their platform, knowing they have done all the hard work of locating the very greenest (but greatest) products and with just a few clicks I can buy from so many independent brands.
My favourite products have to be Tabitha James Kraan Amber Rose hair cleanser and 4 in 1 conditioner and I also love Equinox Kombucha. I literally wait for their emails to read about new products!
I love that My Green Pod is run by a family, not some big cooperation and I look forward to watching the site develop and grow.

A Mixture of Gifts and Personal Use
Items bought as a mixture of own use & a couple of gifts. Bio washing up liquid is good but would prefer one with a fragrance. The washing up liquid cleans dishes and pots and pans well but it smells bland & vaguely of chemicals which is strange as it’s ecologically friendly. The Bio hand wash is fine and similar issue with perfume - this is just personal preference though. Both are decent products.
I have to say that I prefer Ecover at present. We have used their washing up liquid and washing liquid for clothes for many years, maybe their fragrances are ingrained now. Although I must say that the Bio products are very cost effective so we should take this into consideration.
The Bio fabric conditioner is great, softens clothes and enhances them with a gentle, lovely juniper fragrance.
Bought Jason tea tree shampoo and conditioner as gifts, no parabens, sulphites, petrolatum or phthalates & a gentle tea tree fragrance.
The Original Beard Co beard balms are lovely, bought as Christmas gifts for my partner. The original balm is my personal favourite - citrusy and the Pepperwood Balm has been applied with good results so far. He thinks that he should warm the balm a little more before applying. Only tried once thus far.
Delivery was pretty quick to be fair. Only hiccup was the Jason products being delivered to a neighbour. Fortunately my neighbour realised immediately and dropped them off to us shortly afterwards.
The Panda Packaging brushes are excellent. 2 different shapes and the longer one is perfect for cleaning in my metal water bottle. The wider brush is great for pans.
The Pit-tastic deodorants are good, tasters are a little fiddly but probably due to size. My partner loves the Otis & sandalwood deodorant bar. Very effective too.
The Atlantic gin went down rather smoothly and we will try to report back on the Atlantic gooseberry & elderberry gin. Bought as gifts but not shared yet due to Tier 4 business!
I haven’t used the D2W biodegradable bin liners or food bags or the happy bags yet, happy to report back in due course.
The Simply Gentle cotton buds are excellent, cotton wool pleats, balls waiting for baby to arrive still.
The Northumbrian Candlworks rose soy candle is wonderful. Beautiful rose fragrance that’s seems to be lasting well. I wish I had bought more of them.
Overall very happy with My Green Pod service . Would definitely use again.

I was delighted with their support
I was delighted with their support in helping me to place my order as I am not technically experienced and was having difficulty ordering on line. Jarvis was especially helpful and patient.
I am also enjoying the wines which are of excellent quality.

Good eco packing
We received our seedballs promptly in good condition. There was also an extra pack with some sample ones in. We have planted them as as advised and are now waiting for the results.

Green and Great!
I purchased jeans, which were hand-made in India for my 9 year old son. They arrived in perfect condition and were comfy and soft.
Would definitely order from My Green Pod again, as love their eco friendly, green products and amazingly, they plant a tree with every purchase.

Another order of wine. All good, though I have had some reservations about the low alcohol wines. There's still some improvements needed. But just as it took a while for low alcohol beers to get good, IO am sure it will happen. But the wines are good
