I ordered my Mycle cargo after a long disappointment with Radpower, it came to me in 5 days! I have taken it out for three trial runs totalling 64 km and there is still one green bar left on the battery, so it takes the advertised 60km range easily and that was whilst I was getting used to the riding style. The bike feels quite heavy, but that isn't surprising given it's carrying capacity.
The real test will come in two weeks time when I will use it to take my gear to a gig 30 miles away and I have high hopes.
Only one little fly in the ointment was some scratches to the paintwork on arrival probably due to rough handling in transit.
Overall, money well spent.

This is a very good looking and well built bicycle.
It was ready to unpack and set up. It was easy to set the handle bar and seat height to the right levels.

Battery charging and controls are all straightforward and the motor had plenty of power.

A small niggle was that the ootional front basket needed fixing with a couple of nuts and bolts which weren't supplied.

Poorly made ebike with loads of faults. Terrible customer service - they have no interest in fixing your bike and a warranty means nothing.
I bought my bike about 2 months ago. On the first ride on my compact, the locking mechanism fell out as the grub screw hadn't been tightened. I was sent a replacement (after 3 emails and chasing to customer service) but haven’t managed to make it work. If I tighten the grub screw the lock jams shut. It’s been months now and I still haven’t managed to get any help with a technician appointment to resolve the issue (i've tried about 4 replacement locks and have now given up). I’ve been using the bike to commute without using the lock, and whilst riding to work last week the front wheel nut also flew off. It seems the none of the parts are fitted tightly and the bike is poorly designed so these problems are frequent. Despite these problems the bike has sufficed for commuting - no issues with the battery. its very uncomfortable though. I’ve paid for a 24 month warranty and that doesn’t seem to get me anything worthwhile … definitely wouldn’t recommend this purchase to others.

Bril service. Lovely comfortable bike. Does what it says in the brochure.

Both of our bikes were delivered on time and in good condition. Minor tinkering required to set them up but otherwise all ok. Not ridden them yet because batteries on charge.

I am in love with my Mycle Classic! I live in the Outer Hebrides but delivery was still free and the bike arrived one week after ordering - fabulous. The bike feels as if it's been designed just for me - the retro styling, the classy Hackney Blue colour, the extra-comfy saddle, the wee basket and bell, front light, clever wee toolkit... I could go on...

I am small (5ft 2) and finally FINALLY I have a bike that is suitable for my height and is a total pleasure to ride. The upright posture, the easy gears - I was away as soon as my battery was fully charged. I zipped along our road and tried out all levels of assist - we live on a hill which I wouldn't even attempt on an ordinary bike. My husband couldn't keep up with me as I drew away from him on the hill, then later overtook him on the straight bit of road dinging my bell all the way.

My husband then begged for a shot of my Classic - and his first words after giving it back to me: 'Do they do a mountain bike?' Yes, yes they do!

Thank you Mycle. You have made a small, middle-aged woman very happy and have reintroduced the pleasure of cycling back into my life. *And* I got to race and beat my husband. Priceless.

Note: some people are complaining about no tracking. I got an email to inform me of dispatch. Order tracking is a 'nice-to-have' certainly when you're paying a significant sum of money. However, if no tracking keeps this beautiful bike under £1000 - then I feel it's a small compromise.

Loved my 250w cruiser but unfortunately the throttle broke ,
I asked mycle where I can buy another throttle,
They sent me a brand new scooter and upgraded me to the 350w version for the inconvenience

Loved my scooter, better than any I’ve compared it too , faster ,smoother ,and stronger than any I’ve seen under £1000 absolutely loved the customer service

Hello Mycle .
My bike arrived safe & sound and I am very pleased with the look and design of the bike .
One problem the delivery company did not give notice before it arrived and we were in Shaftesbury next town when a call came through to say he was at the door with box so a mad dash to get back .

The front light comes on initially then goes out so does it stay on when on the move , also should there be a separate rear light ? There is a reflector but can’t find a switch ?
Guidance would be helpful . I am sure I will have many happy hours on my bike it’s good to have one that can fit me being a short lady .

The cycle itself is excellent. Easy to handle, easy to ride. A joy for the bottom, and the legs, when the battery is on.
My only niggle, no user manual for assembly. There is online a "how to use" once assembled.
Retired engineer, I had a couple of scratch head moments, so, in my opinion, a simple breakdown booklet would be in order.
The bike is perfect

Most things were perfectly fine however it didnt come with the manual and I did have to contact customer service to sort it out. The customer service was fast, professional and helpful.

Excellent delivery time and bike is great build quality. The user manual though is sparse in maintenance information compared to Halfords manual for their crosscity bike.
A second problem is communication. There appears to have been a confusion in the ordering system as I received two bikes instead of one. I am waiting for a response on what is going to happen. Presumably there is another customer very disappointed.

Got caught up in pre bank holiday logistics and was about to 'think the worst' when suddenly got hit with exemplary customer service. Accommodating and helpful well beyond what is expected and required. Still can't get over it!

Fast and efficient delivery. Bike seems great after one trip.

Excellent cycles at reasonable prices compared to other brands. Customer service truly sparklingly good and issue we had with one of our bikes purchased was sorted out speedily and courteously.

I absolutely love my Classic Mycle e-bike. It's so stylish I've had lots of people ask me where I got it as e-bikes are often quite ugly.

I live in a hilly seaside town and don't drive and it's given me the freedom to nip here and there without worrying about making it back up the hill! It's powerful enough for me - you do still need to give it a bit of welly up the REALLY steep hills but that way it keeps me fit, which works for me.

I had a couple of issues that were dealt with by customer services. They were a little slow at first but then really went over and above to resolve and make me feel like a valued customer. Being a business owner myself I know that it can be tricky to scale a business and make sure you have the right staffing structure to cope with demand. Looks like they had a surge in sales and were playing catch up to handle that. But it all seems fine now.

Overall a great company and an amazing bike!

The electric folding bike looks good. Unfortunately it arrived with a cracked screen and no manual. Awaiting to hear how the cracked screen is going to be resolved.

Really want to like Mycle but the bike arrived pretty battered and won’t turn on despite fully charging the battery. Instructions are minimal so overall a poor experience so far

The people at Mycycle have some of the Best Customer care I have EVER come across, the product is good solid and value for the money I would recommend this company and its products to anybody.
