Actually at first these people work good but then when it gets in more deeper like call them it's bad. they don't pick up the phone you got to leave messages or text them. and they also said they will take 20% if they win the case. find out that they hire you a lawyer the lawyer says like Mr Jones that the insurance will pay The lawyers not us. come to know that the lawyer took 9,000 solutions take $7,000. They took $16,000 when they won my case. what they got me was not enough to fix my home. I still have to ask my children to help so I can finish my home. And they don't know how to work right with the customers they don't tell you everything they do.

My Claim took up stamp duty refund for uninhabitable property. They successfully got the refund within three months from HMRC. Having received the funds they promptly advised and refunded the funds into my account. Well done team My Claim.

This people claimed for my stamp duty refund and took the money all. They didn't pay me a penny.

Disgusting experience. Diana needs to be prosecuted!!! This is a fraudulent company and has taken money from myself. I have been trying to ring and email them for several weeks! Something needs to be done about this company. I think most of the reviews on here are fake in regards to money being paid out.

I put my claim in 12 weeks ago after being told it would only take 5 weeks. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and the phone goes straight to voicemail and no one responds to emails. I am starting to feel like this is a scam. I would warn people to think twice before using them

Like everyone I never had faith in such claim companies but My claim solutions proved it wrong and they were very professional. Whole process they handled very smoothly and efficiently without any hassle of sharing unnecessary documents or lot of paper work. They were very clear and transparent. I didn't imagine even these days such a top class service is available in the market. Brilliant work no waste of time and Quality service and administration. Diana in particular was awesome in her work and responses with proactive approach.

I’ve had a seriously bad experience here with these guys Morgan and Sebastian. They have both told me that there are no hidden charges after I have reactivated my account then after paying out £1250 I’m asked for a license number which hasn’t been mentioned before and it will cost me another £1500 to continue. So now I’m thinking what a bunch of rip off merchants. Please beware of scammers like this.
