Hello I came to Istanbul a week ago and got my zirconium crowns top and bottom ten at the bottom and 8 at the top. I was very scared at first but after talking to me about the stages and how I would look after gave my confidence with a Hollywood smile. I was advised to go for natural colour but I went for slightly brighter which was still perfect. The transportation from the airport to the clinic and back to the airport was spot on excellent service. Any thing I needed they were there to help. I’m back at the uk and the communication is still great. Thank you so much I highly recommend and speak to Ahmed his so good.

After searching for 2 years for a reliable clinic, and negotiating the details of the treatment with so many of them, just by chance I made an enquary with the incim clinic in istanbul
I was contacted by a very professional agent Mr Ahmed, that to my surprise he had precise answers to my questions, the price was so reasonable the I didn't argue for any discounts.
I visit the clinic a few months later
I was welcomed by very professional Doctors and technicions
My treatment consisted of two visitation for upper jaw all on 6 implants, and lower jaw all on 4.
The clinic is one of the four of very high standard equipment, as well as they provide all aspects of the treatment them self from A to Z
The main procedure on my second visit was conducted by Dr Eyup the head of the all the 4 clinics.
He is a very professional in all the aspects and his Conducts with his fellow workers is a real aspiration.

Soon I realised that his ultimate goal is full satisfaction of the clients regardless of how many hours any complications may arise.

I am very much grateful for the amazing job he did,
And Ahmed my original contact with the clinic was acting as translator, he is a very talented man which I learnt he speaks many langueges and very knowlagable in his dental capacity and a great advisor. I learnt that he translates book too in different languages. I am very much sure I see him in the future.
and now a very special man Mr Kaan he transported me to all neccecery locations in aspects of dental treatment.
He is defenately a great help I thank him for his services.
I haven't seen a dental clinic in UK in this standard.
This place is very well recommended by me.

What can I say? After good and nice conversations in WhatsApp, cheap prices and good services, I was thinking everything would be alright.
Everything was wrong, the hotel I paid apart, just kick me out before my flight time, I had to say 6 hours at the airport waiting for check in to fly.
2 days without doing nothing special, just a x-ray and a lot of talk.
They decide to extract more 5 teeth, to do a good job,I accepted ,but was the worst decision that I made.
After receiving my money on first day upfront, to do cleaning and 2 implants.
They let me wait till 8pm (evening) to start my treatments (implants), they were waiting for a doctor who was working at another place, looks like they don't have a own dentist.
I pay for the cleaning they didn't do and they didn't refund my money because was paid by card. Unacceptable..
I had more a root canal in one tooth they even check it..
My implants were done in a lot a pain and doesn't looked like the a doctor doesn't knew what he was doing..
They extract me 5..I was missing 3.
They didn't put any temporary ones,
I did a sinus lifting still hurting me and one of the implants after 4 moths just fall off..
I will never will return to your services and you can stay with the money that you didn't refund to me.
I wish a never been there..
Now I have to pay to a real dentist to do the job.
Not recommended at all..
Disgrace

After more than twenty years suffering from my decayed teeth , and visiting several dentists , I finally travelled from Germany to Istanbul and visited the dentistry Centre managed by ESTETİK İNCİM the on the recommendation of my friend .
I cannot describe my great happiness when my dental treatment has finished and I looked at my teeth in the mirror and found my pearl like twinkling teeth and smile fabulous without feeling any pain whatsoever but feeling like I have turned to a different person.Besides, the the reception and welcome offered at the centre were so nice.The dentist was so skilful and professional and had
a wonderful genial personality , and the whole staff were very kind and friendly.
I offer my sincere thanks to the dentist and the whole working staff , with my special thanks to dentistry doctor Mr BERKAY PEHLIVANOGLU and very nice photographer Miss Yuliya and the esteemed translator Mr Ahmad.Besides , all facilities and transportation were generously provided from the airport and between the hotel and the Dental centre.

recommend this highly distinguished Dental Centre to anyone who wishes to have dental treatment and get the best treatment results in every respect and every detail.

Can't thank Ahmed and his dentistry team enough. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking of having their teeth done to go for it best thing I've done. Teeth look natural and they really go above and beyond to create exactly what you want.
