Ich hatte Probleme bei der Installation. Ich bekam innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Support mit Tipps und Tricks. Danach haben wir bemerkt, dass ich ein falsches Gerät bestellt habe. Ohne zu zögern bekam ich ein erneutes Angebot. Ich entschied mich jedoch für die Rücksendung. Dies ging ohne Probleme und erhielt das Geld retour. Sehr kompetente Beratung. Jederzeit würde ich wieder dort bestellen. Herzlichen Dank

Achat d'un amplificateur GSM / 5G pour mon appartement, situé en ville, avec un très faible signal en extérieur et quasi nul en intérieur. J'ai contacté le site myamplifiers.com qui m'a conseillé un amplificateur Nikrans LCD-300GD . Le service commercial a été très réactif. Une fois l'appareil reçu, j'ai contacté le service après vente qui m'a guidé et conseillé pour l'installation de l'appareil (qui n'est pas si simple). Finalement, cet appareil ne convenait pas pour mon usage, le signal entrant étant trop faible. Je l'ai renvoyé sans problème et ai été remboursé. J'ai apprécié la réactivité et la qualité des conseils du SAV qui a toujours répondu à mes mails et m'a apporté une réelle aide de bout en bout.

Lorsque j'ai pris contact pour réaliser mon achat d'amplificateur ma correspondante m'a aussitôt superbement conseillé et m'a proposé un ensemble de matériel parfaitement adapté à mes besoins. Dès la réception de mon colis j'ai installé l'ensemble qui fonctionne très bien à ma grande satisfaction.

L'azienda è molto attenta a seguire il prodotto acquistato dall'inizio fino alla consegna ,e oltre .Il loro interesse e la loro gentilezza non hanno eguali. Posso solo dire di essere più che soddisfatto e, se avrò bisogno di un altro amplificatore sicuramente mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro.
E' una ditta che sicuramente consiglio a tutti.

Début septembre, FREE nous informe qu'il met fin au fonctionnement de son FEMTO et depuis ce jour plus de réseau.
Impossible d'avoir un appel ni d'envoyer ou de recevoir un SMS sinon lorsque nous sortons de la maison et allons dans notre terrain.
Nous demandons à FREE si il y a une solution , la réponse est non et le conseil: essayez avec un autre fournisseur.
Nous habitons en Creuse, département peu peuplé.
Nous avons trouvé une solution sur le Net et avons trouvé cette antenne qui nous a redonné la possibilité de communiquer ( 4 à 5 barres ) dans toute la maison.

I needed a booster for EE network as I had no signal inside my house. At myamplifiers.com website I chose one model which I guessed was the best. Shortly after placing the order Ms Alice Green from the sales team contacted me and suggested the model LCD1200-4G-D for EE network and I accepted her suggestion. This booster is perfect. I had a failure on an LCD-1200 and the technical support was fast and efficient. It was a software misconfiguration and they gave us the technical instructions needed to fix the problem, including a video tutorial. Great service!

Suite à un problème de livraison avec le transporteur, j ai au final changé d avis pour ce produit. Tout s est bien passé avec la commerciale de Amplifiers pour le retour.

From start to finish MyAmplifiers were there with helpful advice, which made sure I bought the right system for what I needed. The LCD-300GD (1800MHz+2100MHz) with upgraded cables they supplied has managed to capture a very poor signal - barely one bar on a mobile phone, only by a window, and convert that to a full signal. There are at least three bars and an adequate 4G signal all over the house. Close to the repeater aerial there is a full 5 bar signal. Christine guided me through how to identify my existing signal strength and frequencies and produced a tailored package which has worked beyond my wildest imagination. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their excellent equipment. Thank you.
